[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — transaction based complaint

Hello Sir,
Myself Rewati, I have been holding my savings account in IDFC BANK - Barakhamba Road, Delhi Branch (Account number - [protected], Customer ID - [protected]).
Recently, I have transferred amount from my another bank account which yet not credited in my account. I have contacted the respective branch manager and idfc customer care regarding this issue but I didn't receive any proper response from them. The only answer which I am receiving for past 10days is that the amount will be credited within today evening from both bank manager and idfc customer care.
