You customer service is worst one can imagine. This is the reason I took help of this medium. Even your supervisor is not helpful at all. Email response takes 3 business days and they don’t rectify the concerns. Once they sent me a totally wrong email greeting with someone else name . I have shared my loan account number and you already know it is closed. I am not gonna send email and then follow a chain. However, if this is not done, I may took legal help as well. Off course, no one likes bad credit score specially when the full amount is paid.
I provide all document on 1st Feb 2020. 3 times i shared all documents but Fastag security amount not refunded.

My IDFC fast tag account got expired without any prior message/information. Alos, no one picks up the tollfree number available. I am unable to recharge my fastag. Bank should provide at least message prior to the expiration. Also no option is available on site to re activate it. I might have to apply to some other provider for the fastag service.

You guys keep on telling me to raise a complaint to flexmoney whereas loan is generated from your account
