[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — unaware about that I do hold idfc easy buy card

I have never taken or issued any consumer card from IDFC bank. Although yes I do have taken a PERSONAL loan year back but after 6 month i have closed and made full payment to bank. Till date i don't have any documents stating that i have hold any consumer card from IDFC

I was trying to see the eligibility on Flipkart with the payment mode by flipkart EMI option. But it didn't mentioned that it will be taken through some bank loan. The moment i have placed the order for iPhone ( just to see the EMI option) and the website has processed and placed the order withourt asking the bank details or any authentication (OTP). After realizing all that, I have cancelled the order that moment only. However i haven't received any mail regarding the same from bank that you have avail or active for some consumer loan and no EMI kind of mail came also. Flipkart has also mentioned while cancelling that order ORDER CANCELLED WITH NO PAYMENTS charge.

There was no call, no mail and message confirmation by bank that the EMI has been started, than how you guy's can send me the letter stating that your EMI will be started from October 2nd after 15 day from cancellation. Something is fishy here.

I don't know how you guy's deal with your customer and what kind of transparency you maintain. I didn't acknowledged or signed any document for avail consumer loan and how it got activated.

Better you withdraw you letter and decline what you have send otherwise i will take the next steps to RTI rules.

After cancellation of product which is done on 28th aug and you are sending me a letter after more then 15 days and telling be about emi schedule, not acceptable.

The whole process should not take more then 7 working days and you guys taking 1 month for that. Better you write back and resolve this issue before my emi date.

Looking for the sooner response.
