[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — unnecessary money deduction

Informed bank people that i don't need debit card and cheque book during verification. But bank employee even after informing they issued cheque book and debit card. But i refused to accept since i personally called bank employee and informed as i don't want. Even i filled the same in application form during verification.
But money has been deducted from my account for these process.
When it is intimated in advance as there is no requirement, why bank people sent these and deducted money from my account.
Since this is fraud action taken by bank to get money, could you please revert back the amount which is deducted for these process.
