[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — unwanted calls

I have been getting calls from[protected] this number stating that we have to let you know about your benefits. When I asked that person to call me later as I was busy he kept calling constantly and when I said I am busy right now please call me later he said we aren't free for you mam when we will deduct your money then you would get to know. Is it the ethicates by which you people are dealing with your clients.

I get constant calls from different numbers regarding promotion constantly. Each day I get a minimum of 5-10 which is very annoying.
The numbers are

I don't even have an account with your bank then why should I be called.

I dont have any account in idfc bank neither i have registered my number still i always receive 5-10 annoying calls, tried to contact customer support they are not helping. Kindly request you to remove my number from the data base.

I have been getting several calls from IDFC clients for some kind of loan
Please stop this because there are almost 20 calls everyday from different number and this is terribly unbearable

Hi this is karan dani.. i have received 10 to 15 call from IDFC first bank in a day. Each time i told them i don't required any loan please stop calling me. Still everyday they are calling me with different number. Such a non sense people. Please stop this please.

We've been receiving calls from idfc customer care services continuously. Can someone please look into this? It is really disgusting receiving calls without any response and sometimes the agent who's attending the call is rude. They're just telling that if you want, attend the call or else ignore. Is this the way you respect and treat people? If the calls which we are receiving not related to idfc, then why the hell they're informing that they're from idfc? If you want I can also provide the screenshots of the calls we received. Even if we block few numbers, they're calling from a different number.
