[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — vouchers not issued

The IDFC bank is not sure running a scam or something. I have applied to their instacred Vouchers for Amazon easy emi options a week back and they have sent me a repayment plan along with all the information and they are going to deduct my emi from 2nd of September 2019. But there is no word on how I am going to receive my voucher. Their customer service number is not working which is the old number for Capital First. I emailed them and got an automated response that someone will call me or email me. Which was 3 days back and I haven't received anything yet. I'm feeling that now they are running a scam to collect the information from the people and build their database with their personal documents and their all the information about financials and the bank accounts along with personal documents. I am going to sue the company, I will wait for 48 hours...if I don't receive my voucher as promised which date is already gone 72 hours that was in 3 days from my application.. Gift redeem code. I received SMS from Insta credit that, payment will credit in 24hours. Capital first they debited my balance but still now amount not received. No response from their side.

My flipcart gift voucher was incorrect pin issue after than my gift card was deactivated
So I want new pin for my card activation
