IDFC Bank — Without my knowledge bank sanction loan do fraud with me

Dear sir/Madam

Sunday I have received a mail from Idfc first bank, in first mail I have receive a Otp, after some time I receive 2nd mail from from bank again which is all details of loan sanction latter however I do not apply any loan in this bank .

I don’t know bank how do this and when this mail share there bank mail id [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com then generate case id [protected].
But no response till now

How can any use my personal prof
