Idfcfirstbank Fastag — amount debited

Without my notice or information rs. 190 has been deducted from my fastag (🆔 519514) account on 25/11/2019. Always the customer care number ([protected]) is not at all answering even after ringing also. During these 17 days tryouts yesterday answered the call by informing that we don't know toll plaza was debited. How can they debited without my travel through toll plaza... Without further replying disconnected the call...
