I am Thomas Jacob.Took a new prepaid Idia connection from Chengannur (Idia Showroom). New Sim is Rs.160. Ok fine, they not issued any receipt, I found on the package it is Marked MRP .Rs.5 .. talk time : Nil, Admn fee: Rs.4.24, validity : life time, GST 18% on applicable values.Why they charged Rs.160 .
After one hour i got message your sim sms is validated.I tried to make a call, failed due to insufficient balance. I again recharged with Rs.179. still it shows the balance 0.00, where these amounts are going. I never made a call.
