Idiol Trip — Fraudulent activities by idol trip

Dear sir,

I have came across with company. I. E idioltrip.com having address a - 46, sector 57, noida, uttar pradesh 201301. Contact number:[protected]. I don't know who has given my number to them. Suddenly i got a call from[protected]. She has given her name divya. She was marketing the travel package by offering the samsung lenova yoga tab 3 mobile as a gift. I several time told that the samsung model that you are offering itself cost around inr 15000. But she success in making me understand that they are doing brand promotion of their company. I had asked for references also. She told that this offer is for today only. Once you will make payment, we will dispatch the product in 4-5 working days.

I have made the payment thogh credit card through the payment gate given on their website i. E. Idioltrip.com. Thereafter their cheating started from each and every corner. Following is the mail sent by them

Now coming to the point, they have mentioned that "that we have shipped your courier on your postal address" written above. From this point we thought that they have courier the samsung mobile but they have courier the travel voucher. When we got the travel voucher, we immediately called up and asked for divya. When we given a call multiple ladies attends our calls different time and wondering every ladies tells that she is divya. From this, the point raised whether really a person under the name of divya works or not. When we intimated that we got travel voucher but where is the mobile for which you have committed. She replied that you will be getting it in another 4-5 days. When i i did not received even in a week time then again i call up and asked to transfer to divya. As usual, lady attend calls and says that she is divya but i remembered voice of different ladies. When i inform about the samsung mobile matter then she always says that she will arrange the call back. But their calls never come. Regularly i used to call up and request to send my samsung mobile. One day finally almost after a month i shouted and told to transfer my call to gift department which handles couriering of samsung mobile. One another lady picked up the call and told that gift is only applicable if you give us the reference. That reference should also purchase our package then only gift is applicable. She told that terms and conditions are mentioned inside the first mail. I will copy paste their all mails below in which nowhere they have mentioned about the references. Finally i left with only tour package for which i was not interested at all. They have given a time frame o[censored]tilizing 4d/5days stays (Hotel booking) for two couples of 11 months. They also told that single couple can use 8 nights (Hotel stay) so forcibly we planned to travel in july 2017. Before making the flight bookings, i have explained about my travel journey and clearly told that we want to stay in 4 four different locations. Each locations 2 nights. Lady name anamika as per the name mentioned by telephone operator. I don't know her name is really anamika or any fake name given by telephone operator who most of the time attend my call. Telephone operator says that her name is anshu. As per conversation with anamika, i send them the filled voucher for 8 nights of different 5 locations. She did not replied. On calling on 26th may 2017, she told that she have mailed me the booking confirmation. I checked my mail but i did not received any mail. First, they have stopped attending my calls from my numbers. I have to always call from different numbers taken from other members of my house. Only from new numbers they attend my call. When i called up on monday from different number, anshu picked up the call and again taken all the information about my travel plan. When i given my travel plan verbally over aphone she directly told that you will get hotel booking only for two locations and not for 5 locations. I told that anamika was telling that she already sent the mail on 26th may 2017. Then she told that anamika is not present. If we ask more then before giving any reply she just cut down the calls. We agreed for even 2 locations and given schedule for 2 destinations over a phone as per her demand but still no response. Everytime we have to call up from different numbers then only she picks up a calls. Many complainst have been raised by different people from different states. One thing i have noted that they do maketing callsin other states so that sufferer can not reach them easily. I am also wondering that as per my knowledge so far there is no police complaint though the police chowki is in sector 58 noida.

I request you to please investigate first whether idioltrip is really a company or any fake company. Secondly why they are doing a business with fake commitments?

I request to all the police officers, commissioner of police, pm and up cm to please expedite this matter and kindly do further investigation. If requires i can come down to up to help in investigation. For more complaints of this company/
