I had purchased a holiday package of 4n/5d from idiol trip on 2 feb 2017 for rs. 11, 850/- vide order/transaction id:[protected]. The offer was valid for 1 year from date of purchase..

Now, when i wanted to avail the offer, i called them in january 2018. Their no.[protected] was not reachable. Till date i am not able to avail my offer.

Their website is also not working.

I think this is a fraud...

Idiol trip has done fraud with me. Idiol trip is totally fraud company. They called me and they offered me 4n/5d holiday package in india with assured gift for inr 11, 850. I booked package and when i need a trip, i called them but their phone remain switch off. I found their adress as a – 46 noida

Suddenly i got a call from[protected]. She has given her name divya. She was marketing the travel package by offering the samsung lenova yoga tab 3 mobile as a gift. I have paid Rs.11800/- to the Idiol Trip, Noida on 31st January 2017 for there promotional offer of 4 Night/ 5 days booking in 5* hotel, but till now they are not giving any positive response.
Can you please look into this and arrange to refund my amount and take suitable action on the company as i come to know that this company still cheating various persons....

I have received a phone call from Idiol Trip on 10th March and they told me that they are offering holiday package of 5nights/6 days in just Rs. 11, 499

Then I have asked them to send me the list of Hotel which are offering as I need 5 star property only.

Then they send me list of 7 hotel and they all are very very good hotel.

After booking the package this company passed more than90 days and not given the hotel booking details. The package was booked on feb 6th 2017. They also not provided me the gift
