I have done a test on 5 February and my result was published on 24 February but my trf is not available. When i contacted idp they are not giving a solution. I am in an urgent i got offer letter from a college. I need trf for further processing.

    Good morning, My name is Dinna Abraham.I gave IELTS test on 10/08/2021 and 12/08/2021.And I have been waiting for the result since the end of August 2021(as we get it after 13 working days) but it is still awaited.I tried to contact the centre but they are helpless(that's what they told me).My Passport number-T7645376.I mailed IDP multiple times but that was to no use as I didn't get any positive response from them except automated mails.
    Kindly help me to get the results soon or to get a refund of the exam fee, that is Rs.14, 700.Hereby attaching a screenshot of the mail details of speaking test details.

      Not able to download ETRF

      I wrote IELTS of 12 Feb 2022 and received my result on 1st march.
      I am not able to see the ETRF in the candidate portal yet.
      It is throwing 404 not found error.

      I need the certificate number to proceed with my immigration process. Kindly help.

      They should also send copy of the e TRF to our email ID as well, which they are not doing currently.

      IDP has stopped sending hard copy of TRF...

      I gave my ielts on 8 January 2022 .got result on 21 January.I wasn't satisfied with my results so I applied eor with passport no.U3599510 and on 14 February eor came out successfull.I have got credit notice but i haven't got refund .its been 22 days

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I am George John and my Passport Number is T6877211. I applied for IELTS test which was scheduled on 25th January(Speaking) and 27th January 2022(Writing, Listening and Reading). I attended my speaking exam on 25th Jan but from the moment I returned from the examination center I got sick and tested positive with COVID 19. I called IDP and stayed home as I didn't want to walk in to the examination center and make others at risk. The person on the call from IDP asked me to stay home safe and promised to reschedule the test without an extra cost. Its been 37 days, now when i call they ask me to sent emails to ielts.[protected]@idp.com (Which they never respond!) or wait for an other "Two business days"!! Its been more than 30 Business days. IDP India has been acting irresponsibly in this issue. Please help me.

          Paid for IELTS Academic Test, the amount of 14, 700 got deducted from my account. But IDP is showing Registration Error.
          It says, "Your payment approval request has been rejected by the Bank, Please contact your bank.
          Message: Error Occured at the time of booking."

            Test results came out on 02/03/2022 and I can see an option to download eTRF. But when I try to download, it takes me to a Error 404 page. I have to submit the trf to a college in Canada from where I received conditional offer. Deadline to submit IELTS trf is 07/03/2022. I only have 4 days left.

            Kindly please help.

                I have appeared for the IELTS Academic exam on 12 February 2022.My result was out on 25th February 2022 but it is a 404 error showing when I try to download my ETRF.It is very urgent for me beacuase I need to upload it asap for my admission .I have already mailed to idp with declaration form amd passport copy but they didn't provide that yet.

                  I received my IELTS indicative results on Friday, 25th February 2022. However till today, I'm not able to view my eTRF. This is causing delays for my immigration application. What sort of irresponsible behaviour is this? I contacted them on the customer care number as well as on email but there's no resolution till now!

                    Reschedule or refund the amount

                    I booked a Ielts test with IDP india and without any prior confirmation they shared a mail with me stating that my speaking test will be on 23Feb, 2022. I did not choose this date and therefore i emailed them that i am not available and asked to reschedule it.                                 I had booked IELTS examination for date 20th February 2022. Due to medical reason, i had initiated my refund application with supporting documents.
                                On 4th February IDP IELTS approved my cancellation reason and stated that the amount will be credited within 12-15 working days.
                                I had received credit note on 17th February, 2022 but still i haven't received my refund.
                                Please look into this issue and refund ny amount as soon as possible.
