I appeared for my ielts exam on 30th October, 2021 and was informed of my declared result via text message on 13th November, 2021. However, my etrf has still not been provided to me as of 30th April, 2022, even after 6 months since I appeared for my exam.

I visited my local IDP center and was told to send a complaint via email.
I have sent multiple emails to IDP but each time a computer generated reply has come after two weeks, stating that my etrf is already uploaded.
I have called the customer care helpline multiple times over the past six months and every time I have received only vague replies stating that my etrf will be uploaded soon.

Due to the unavailability of my etrf I have already missed all my Autumn admission deadlines. Now I am afraid that I might also miss my Winter admission deadlines because of this issue.

I am in urgent need of my etrf, and would greatly appreciate if this issue is resolved as soon as possible. Thankyou.

I’m sahal preet kaur i have given ielts exam on 9 april 2022 and now I’m not able to get my trf because of which my I’m getting late for abroad process and I’m facing alot of difficulties.so this is my humble request to remove this error at the earliest.

Its been 17 days since I gave my IELTS academic exam and I still haven't received my eTRF. I was stated that the results will be published 13 days after the exam. I am in URGENT need for it to apply for my visa. Please help. It is still showing as 404 error.

Its been 18 days since i gave my ielts academic exam i still haven't received my eTRF. I gave my exam on 9 th April 2022, got online results on 22 nd April 2022 . but I'm not able to download ETRF. I am in URGENT need for it to apply for my visa. Please see to it that it is published as soon as possible.

Today i.e on 19/04/2022 i booked test slot for May 14, 2022 for paper and pen based IELTS. My account has been debited amount of 15000. I paid fees via Google pay upi. Below are screenshots attached.

Kindly resolve my problem so that i can book test.

With due respect, I gave an IELTS exam through IDP India on 3rd March 2022. However, my exam went great. In fact, my results were supposed to be declared on 16th March 2022. Nevertheless, it was withheld due to some unforeseen circumstances. Moreover, after the passage of 8days, I got the test scores as follow:
Listening 8.5
Reading 8.5
Speaking 6.5
Writing 6.5

But I was highly dissappointed by my speaking and writing scores. As, it went great and I knew that I deserve atleast 7 in these modules. Thereafter, I filled EOR after discussing the whole matter along with my tutors. As a result, the scores are highly inaccurate. Thus, I request to check my transcripts if there is any provision. Because, I am pretty much sure about my performance in the exam. Otherwise, I could not have been able to score 8.5 bands in the rest of the modules.

This is fraud company i gave exam and my most of the questions in listing was writing i am confident they gave me 5.5 bands so that i will fill the date again.

I am writing concerning my speaking Test conducted on March 23, 2022, at MOD TOWERS, 239 Herbert Macaulay Street Alagomeji, Yaba, Lagos. (Former Alliance de Française).

On the test day, the speaking test was conducted virtually via Zoom video conferencing with Mrs. Jane Undukwe as the examiner. However, the network was terrible during the test. The video call repeatedly hung causing difficulty in hearing each other. This glitch happened twice when I was almost rounding up speaking on my cue card and I was made to leave the test room twice to establish a reconnection with the examiner. On the second attempt, I was told to wait in another room to allow another candidate to take her test. Eventually, I went in the third time with the same examiner. Again, the network was not too smooth but was managed. This made me unsettled prompting me to make a complaint through a questionnaire on a tablet narrating my experience with the virtual approach because I knew this might affect my score.
On Friday, April 8, my provisional result became available with a 6.5 in the speaking module. I believe this does not reflect my speaking ability and feel the network instability affected my assessment by the examiner. Moreover, on my first IDP IELTS, I sat on September 4, 2021, I scored a 7.5 in the Speaking module so making a score of 6.5 this time around is hard to comprehend. For record purposes, the situation was captured on camera. I would like that recording be reviewed as a piece of evidence.
Given this, I would like you to take a critical look at my complaint and a remarking done on the speaking module. I look forward to positive feedback from you.

Dear Team,

I have given my general training IELTS exam on 12th February 2022, I have not got the results from IELTS. Everytime they come up with one statement that the IELTS result is withheld due to some investigation. I do not understand what type of investigation is taking place, when I have given my exam on November 2021 and got my result, same person is giving exam and they are investigating??

I have given exam on 12 Mar 22 (GT) as pen and paper based pattern. The results are announced on 23 Mar 22. Unfortunately, I am unable to get TRF as it shows an 404 error. Same mentioned in email along with passport copy and number but till date I have not received any response from IDP, This delay is impacting on my whole process. Request to resolve on high priority and send my TRF to my email.

I cannot download my etrf as it's showing 404 error. It's been more than 2 days since my results and I'd like to know how long it'll take for the same. I've also submitted all my documents as stated and have been calling idp but that's no response. Kindly do the needful.

I applied for EOR on the day when i got my IELTS result on 13th February 2022 but i got my EOR after a long wait (after one and half month). As i got overall 6 band and 5.5 in Speaking. I spoke well in my speaking so that i am sure about EOR that's why i applied for EOR. I really spoke well in my speaking and even in my class i got 6.5 bands maximum in speaking module.
To be honest i am very dissatisfied by EOR . It is totally unfair and they are only thug money from people by these stupid EOR. I request you please do not do this unfair things with candidates because only students know how their parents earn money by doing hard work. It really lost hope o[censored]s so please be honest to us. By the way nice IDP IELTS you find a great way of earning money .

I have given my IELTS exam on 20th JAN. It's been 2 months since my exam date but i'm not given my eTRF yet. It's a great inconvenience for applying to universities. please resolve my issue ASAP.

I have given my IELTS examination on 17 February 2022, but I didn't receive my TRF yet. I called the Head office staff but they are not replying.

I gave my ielts exam on 12th feb and my results were declared on 25th feb, i havent recieved my eTRF since then, they told me to wait for 3-5 working days but its the 15th day today and complete one month from the date of my examination. please help me post my eTRF as i have college application deadline this month of march

I appeared in IELTS academic test on 26th February 2022 and got my result through Normal message on 11th March 2022 but still I haven't receive eTRF from website, whenever I click on the link, it shows 404 error. Please resolve this issue. Why IDP make commitments that they will provide the result after 13 days if they can't. And what is the importance of result if it can not be used for official purpose as eTRF is not available.

I have done a test on 5 February and my result was published on 24 February but my trf is not available. When i contacted idp they are not giving a solution. I am in an urgent i got offer letter from a college. I need trf for further processing.

Good morning, My name is Dinna Abraham.I gave IELTS test on 10/08/2021 and 12/08/2021.And I have been waiting for the result since the end of August 2021(as we get it after 13 working days) but it is still awaited.I tried to contact the centre but they are helpless(that's what they told me).My Passport number-T7645376.I mailed IDP multiple times but that was to no use as I didn't get any positive response from them except automated mails.
Kindly help me to get the results soon or to get a refund of the exam fee, that is Rs.14, 700.Hereby attaching a screenshot of the mail details of speaking test details.

I wrote IELTS of 12 Feb 2022 and received my result on 1st march.
I am not able to see the ETRF in the candidate portal yet.
It is throwing 404 not found error.

I need the certificate number to proceed with my immigration process. Kindly help.

They should also send copy of the e TRF to our email ID as well, which they are not doing currently.

IDP has stopped sending hard copy of TRF to our address as well, saying postal service is not working in India. But that is absolutely wrong!!

They should resume sending hard copy of the certificate as well.

IDP customer care chat will not connect to an executive saying all of them are busy.

Calling to customer service, only reply that eTRF will be updated in 3 days, in 5 days etc. no resolution.

Sending email to their email ID is not effective. It will just create a complaint number saying we are working on this. nothing after that.
