Made online payment for Ielts Exam.but not got any confirmation

I have booked my ielts test through idp website on 18 Feb 2022 for Delhi Rajouri Garden Test Location and made an online payment through phonepe upi of 14, 700 rupees money was also deducted successfully and test date is 28 february 2022 for 9am to 12 pm slot but haven't received any confirmation then I tried calling on their customer care number and marked them email as well but still no response from last 24 hours. I would request to please...

I have given my ielts exam on 29th January 2022. I have got the results on 17th February 2022 but cannot access my eTRF. When I press view eTRF it is showing page is 404 error. I need the eTRF immediately to apply for visa.

    I gave my IELTS exam on 20 Jan 2022 and my result came on 3 Feb 2022 but my TRF is not downloading since then. As, I need it for applying in college and for my visa process. I'm feeling very helpless because no one from IDP telling me what to do. Please help as I'm in trouble right now. I don't what to do now.

          Hi Team,

          My exam is scheduled on 17th February 2022. My passport number is M5751157.

          Due to some urgent visa work, I had to send my passport for a minor correction.

          Due to which I will not be able to attend the scheduled(change in passport).

          I raised a request with IDP for accepting the cancellation request and initiate the refund. They have a criteria that if passport is updated, cancellation request will be considered and full amount will be refunded.

          I have dropped a mail to them three times but no one responds.

          Request you to please help me in getting the refund. It is a huge amount for me.

            Firstly, according to the schedule we were supposed to be at the centre at least 20minutes sooner, but even after 40minutes, I was waiting there while the authorities were preparing computers for the video call. When the exam started, the examiner's attitude was not appropriate and she seemed to be angry (which I am assuming might be due to the delay). In the first part, I asked her to repeat a question, though the question was repeated, she did not let me answer it and immediately interrupted me for the next question. Moreover, during the exam, she warned me several times not to touch a pencil or paper, while there were nothing near me. Finally, in part 3 when I expressed my idea about the topic she judged my opinions just after the answers and in that way it was really hard to concentrate.

              I gave an Ielts test on the 2nd and 3rd of February and the day I am writing this, its 14th of February and I have neither received my Iltes result on the official website nor TRF have been delivered to me in hard copy.

              I need you to look into this as ill be needing my Ielts result very shortly.
              The inconvenience is great though

                My test was on 11th December. I got EOR result on 16th January. My writing score changed from 5.5 to 6 and overall score changed from 5.5 to 6.0. I received credit notice but I didn't get refund back till date.

                  I’m waiting for refund from more that 9 months for the exam which I canceled.I called to customer service they are saying your request is under process .I need contact information of the person who is obligated for refund requests.Every time I call get the same answer that we will call you back but they never call me back or either they said we can’t do anything.

                    My speaking exam had been conducted on date 12 January 2022 at 12.20PM at Hotel clarion inn Amps Arjan complex, Patiala but when I reached for speaking venue location then idp team told me speaking test got cancelled. They told me you will receive new speaking venue details with in one hour or till the evening but I don’t receive still any mail. Afterthat, I received mail my whole exam will be conducted again but whenever I sent response against this mail I don’t receive any response.

                    Please resolve mentioned query asap so I can plan further accordingly.

                      Hi!
                      My name is Ali Nikitabar. I’m 23, and I study Industrial engineering in Tehran.
                      I took an academic IELTS test in Tehran on January 20th, 2022, (Passport no. K[protected] the results of which (listed below) I got on February 5th; and I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction.
                      Firstly, I have a speaking disability: I stutter when I speak. As I was signing up for the speaking test, I noticed an option to obtain some extra time, which I was happy about, since I could use it. When I chose that option, all the venues for the speaking test vanished, so I proceeded with the normal sign-up process, and then called the IELTS center in Tehran two days prior to the speaking test. They told me when I got to the venue that I needed to let them know that I had a speaking disability, so on the day of the speaking test I went there and I let them know. The clerk asked me, and I quote, "do you have a medical certificate?” to which I answered that the support center hadn't told me that I needed one. She then told me she would let the interviewer know that I had this problem.
                      Before I was about to enter the room for my test the clerk walked in the room and told the interviewer I had a speaking disability. He asked her for my medical certificate, to which she replied, “He wasn’t told that he needed one”, so I walked in, and every time I was asked something, after I had talked for about 20 words, the interviewer would cut me off and ask the next question.
                      I am under the impression that I couldn’t express my knowledge of English because I did not have enough time to speak, and that the interviewer did not believe that I truly had a disability, and he did not give me any extra time. The interviewer apparently had no training for this situation or he chose to ignore my disability and the conditions of conversing with a stutter. My low speaking score partly is due to the interviewer’s behavior which amplified my stuttering.
                      As you can see, I received a score of 8 on the reading and listening sections, and I am quite confident in my ability to speak, as I have been an English speaker since childhood. I am certain that the poor score I received on the speaking section was due to my stutter.
                      I am deeply dissatisfied with this examiner's lack of familiarity with stutterers and their condition, and I hope that you can help me by scheduling a speaking test with a trained professional who understands my ailment.

                        I have booked my test on feb 3 2022 that is on thursday evening. I have completed all the process of booking the test and money has been deducted from my bank where i have been paid through phone pe but i did not received any acknowledgement or confirmation mail and money has not been refunded and slot for the exam has not booked. I request to take the action as soon as possible and refund my money.

                        Don't worry...i also faced same problem while i booked my exam...then i immediately mail to idp and started to call them; however they were not responding.
                        Next day they raised my complaint ticket and after 2 working days... money have refunded to my account.
                        But in my case it's been 3 weeks since my transaction date but I haven't received refund and no update regarding this

                          I have given my exam on 15th January 2022, result is been declared on 28 th January 2022, it's been around 10 days still the TRF is unavailable, contacting their customer support daily, only gives fake assurance that it would be generated by evening, no concrete resolution been shared. Worst customer service earlier British council the conducting examination body used send the TRF by post, what point of spending so much money on exam and not not getting the service. No accountability at all. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH IDP

                            I requested for sending IELTS physical score to an university on Jan 27th 2022.During the process of filling information for requesting the score report, it was mentioned that no tracking reference will be provided to ordinary post.I requested for a courier and not ordinary post, however I was not provided with any tracking reference until now.When I called the customer care number, an executive told me that no tracking reference will be provided to courier service also.This information is contrary to what was mentioned in the IDP IELTS India website.Also, for most of the time, the customer care number [protected] will not be connected.The customer executive was also rude in giving information.I would appreciate if my request of sending scores is processed as quickly as possible.

                              I booked my IELTS slot and filled all required information and I've processed payment through UPI.My amount got deducted but my slot has been not confirmed and I didn't get any acknowledgement mail later.No one are responding regarding this is issue.The amount that got deducted is 14700/- and it's not small amount.Please try to resolve this issue and refund my money that got deducted.

                                      I have given exam 4 times and got exact same bands everytime
                                      Idp is just playing with students and their families.
                                      Your company has became a business
                                      I got 5.5 in speaking and previously i have 7 bands in speaking module
                                      Your examiners are rude
                                      They don’t give much attention to the student
                                      My examiner was rude and speaking really slowly that i can hardly hear him.
                                      Giving unfair result is just not good.
                                      Its just a money making business and playing with peoples future
