I have booked my IELTS exam date of 12 march by making payment through google pay. But i didn't receive confirmation letter from idp. My name is sachin vijaykumar chhasiya. Please kindly check details and let me know

I have regisered for an exam by making a payment of Rs. 14, 700 for the 21st of February but did not recieve any kind of confirmation from your end. Please help me out here

I have registered for IELTS and even amount is also deducted from my account but I didn't received any mail or information about the test. After payment error is shown on my screen.

What you guys have done is completely unfair. I must have received my etrf after 2-3 working days of publishing of results. I got my result on 29th and Jan and it's 2nd February today and I still haven't received my E-TRF and today is the last date to apply for the university I was interested in. Because of your negligence I lost my chance to apply in the first cycle and now I have to wait another 3 months for the second cycle and because of your organization I lost my 5 months of time all this just because of your negligence. You guys don't even respond to mails and calls from students who took the exam. This is totally unfair and very worst behaviour from your side. I will not leave this here and I'll take this issue to the view of higher officials.

Its been 16 days since i gave my ielts academic exam i still haven't received my eTRF. I was stated that the results will be published 13 days after the exam, then i got a message stating that i will be getting my results on the 1st of February On 27th January its the 2nd of February now i still haven't gotten my eTRF. I am in URGENT need for it to apply for my visa. Please see to it that it is published as soon as possible.

Hii. my name is jatinderpal singh.and i took my ielts exam on 15 january 2022 .my result was declared on 29th january but till now i donot receive my ielts etrf .an error is showing in the etrf option..could you please tell me how much time it will take...because it is very necessary for me to apply to colleges for offer letter..

I couldn't download my etrf from the website. It's showing 404 error

I have registered my exam for 31st January 2022 by paying online on 3rd March2022 but i didnt received any mail confirmation nor registration to email. But instead received only sms stating the date of exam.
I tried contacting customer care but couldnt reach out to them. So that how i ended up here complaining about the service.
Hoping that this issue will resolve soon. Any info required kindly reach out to me....

I have applied online for pen and paper based exam for 19th March 2022 with amount of 14, 700 through net banking. The amount had been deducted but it shows the payment is kept on hold. And I even didn't receive any confirmation mail or sms.

My test was on 27th november2021. I got EOR result on 14th January 2022. My writing score changed from 5.5 to 6. I received credit notice but I didn't get refund.

I did nit received confirmation mail and message for booking of exam for 12th march 2022. I have paid 14, 850 and this amount has been deducted from my bank account. Kindly help me out.

I took Ielts test on 4th December and on 17th December I received my result via text message and today is 28th January still I am not able to open my final result i.e. ETRF, now what should I do, I have mailed them, tried to contact them via toll free number still no response and now I have to apply for masters in 3 days. They ensured the results will be available in 13 days, today its marked 45 days still I am not able to open my ETRF, please help

I got my results out on 21 January, I wasn't satisfied with my results.So I applied for EOR on 25 January, but I didn't get any confirmation about this. The transaction has been done and when I contacted idp they said its not completed yet .My passport no. U3599510. Please refund me as soon as possible. So I can apply for eor again .

My request to report scores to universities on January 10th is not processed until now after 17 days. I called to customer service and the agent assured me that it would be done by 25th January. But nothing was done so I called the customer service today and the agent who answered the call was so rude that he cut my call while I was still speaking. He blamed me as if I was lying about the previous call and giving false information. He did not resolve my query and moreover rashly ended the call. Please check the call recordings on 27th January at 12.41pm for the proof. I don't know his name as he didn't give me a chance to ask and honestly I didn't expect that the call would end in this way. I request you to look into this issue and take necessary action. I would also be pleased if you process the request to report scores soon.

I also tried many times to contact them on their customer no.[protected], but i didn't get any response. Here point to be noted, i need my result earlier as possible, since many of great universities deadlines for applying has already gone so far. In general may be it's not in the list of big concerns but at these moment, my future seems in the dark.
Hope you would understand my concern.

I paid the fees for idp ielts pen paper based test on 26/1/2022 at 12:21 am.It showed processing for sometime but an error 404 occurred. I didn't receive any confirmation mail, but amount was deducted from my account. Please solve this issue ASAP and initiate refund at the earliest.

My IELTS test was on 8th january 2022 and I got result on 21st of January 2022 .. still there is an error on website about etrf and I'm not able to download it . I've send mail to them but still my issue is unresolved.

I wrote my exam on 8/1/2022. I got my results but I am not able to download my eTRF results, it is showing 404 error
