Hi,

I have registered myself for IELTS exam for the available slot of 11 Nov 2021 on 7 Oct 2021. The amount of 14850 has been deducted from my account but test is not booked. No confirmation and acknowledgement been given.
Tried to reach customer care, however no response.
Please look into it, because it is very depressing for the candidate to go through all this

    Today eve I booked ielts exam on 30th October and ₹14, 850 debited from my bank account.But I haven't received any mail or message from IDP about Booking confirmation.I don't have extra amount to book slot again so I need a proper solution and I want my refund amount. If you not send refund amount in this week, I will definitely miss October slot. So please understand my situation and help me.

      Its 2 months IDP and I am still chasing to get my refund amount of IELTS exam cancellation. It seems case transfer from British Council to IDP and I am the looser.

        I tried booking IELTS exam on Oct 1 2021. The first payment attempt did not get throguh so I attempted second payment. The money was deducted from my account both the times but test was not booked. It has been 4 days but there is no refund or any other information from IDP. I want to book my test for 6th November. If the seats get full before this issue is resolved then I expect IDP to let me give my test for free.

          Money debited but slot is not confirmed

          I tried registering for my Computer Delivered IELTS exams from IDP website on 21-sept-2021 and made an online payment of INR 14, 700 via BHIM UPI and the amount got deducted from my Bank Account but the IDP site says that the payment was rejected by my bank and that the registration could not be completed.

          INR 14, 700 is a huge amount for me and I would like to get that back right away. This is not something to be expected...

          Hello, I'm MUZAMMIL K K, hope you are doing well.

          This is to inform you that I took my Academic IELTS (through IDP) at West Delhi on 12 August 2021, PASSPORT NUMBER : T2628659. I waited the 13 day time period, the result did not come. I received an email stating that "your test scores for 12-Aug-21 have come under scrutiny and are being investigated. Your results are being withheld while this investigation is being conducted. Please note that all investigations are conducted without prejudice by the IELTS Test Partners."
          I immediately shot off a reply and also called the IELTS customer care only to get very standard" We don't know anything, you will have to wait."

          My intake was scheduled on September of this year, but due to delay in getting my result, University has defered my offer letter to next intake which is January 2022.

          I had contacted the University representative informing the difficulties because of this.It's been almost 2 months I have been waiting for the result. I have no news whether it will be released later today or tomorrow, or even sometime this month.

          Due to a vast number of applicants, the University has declared a deadline for submitting the documents. If I didn't get my result as early as possible, I'm afraid I will miss the very next intake too. It will affect my future very badly because I will have to wait one more year.

          So I kindly request you to declare my result as soon as possible.

            I was trying to book an IELTS test on the IDP website. I paid 14700 and it was debited from my account but the test was not booked. I tried calling the service number of IELTS but nobody responded. I want my money back. I request a refund.

            Its been more than 10 days since i tried to book and money deducted from my account.

              Hi, i forgot my password for candidate login (RAM1009980), so i requested for 'forgot my password' from login page. It says mail has been sent to my registered email, but i didnt get any mail for multiple hours.
              I did receive mail for my username, but for reset password, the mail never shows up. I need to sumbit my etrf to university, its blocking my application right now.

                        Dear Concerned,
                        This is to bring to your information that I along with our batch had appeared for the IELTS Paper Based Exam at Jaipur (Rajasthan) on 24th June and 28th June 2021 for Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking respectively. I/We had appeared via British Counsil.

                        Then it was communicated to us that our result is being withheld because of some scrutiny/investigation and will be declared on 1st Sept 2021

                        Since then, we have received no communication and or update on the progress of the scrutiny/investigation. Please note that 3 months have already passed and recently (from 1st August) the IDP has taken over the process which was previously being taken care by British Counsil.

                        I have raised 3 tickets against the same problem but they close the ticket without any information/reply/solution. I doubt if there is any investigation actually going on because we were just 24 candidates and how can the investigation go on for more then 3 months.

                        I had paid the examination fees on time and have adhered to the process and Terms and Conditions from my end, but waiting for my results for more than 3 months now.

                        Their customer care is pathetic and they provide no information there are no reverts on mails as well. It just looks like they are hiding our results.

                            I paid the fee for IELTS IDP paper pen based test on 27 September at around 12 a.m. I paid through Icici bank via paytm net banking.bank and payment gateway is saying that transaction was successful, but I still have not received any confirmation mail from IELTS IDP. I connected with IDP but they said there is no any details of exam schedule.kindly solve this issue as soon as possible as I’m desperate to book another slot and the slot might be filled.                                   I have taken my IELTS paper based test on 28th August .My results are released on 11th September. Till now today is 22nd September and I am unable to download my eTRF form. Everyday I keep calling their support team and they are very negligent in reply .Firstly during test registration I have uploaded all the needed documents. But when enquired about result they asked me to send documents again. I did it right away when they asked and sent it on 14th of September. Even after sending documents there is no confirmation from IELTS IDP when I will receive my result form. Because of their negligence I am mentally depressed, I am not able to submit the applications to Universities as the deadline is already reached . I urge you to please take an appropriate action against such fraud testing agencies .They are playing with the life of Students .

                                    I paid the fee for IELTS IDP computer based test on 15th Sept 2021 at around 9 pm. I paid through HDFC Netbanking. It showed order awaited for some time at payment gateway and told me to manually move to IELTS IDP page. Bank and Payment Gateway is saying that transaction was successful, but I still have not received any confirmation mail from IELTS IDP. Today connected with IDP and they are saying they have not received the amount and were very rude in speaking and disconnected the call after some time. Kindly solve this issue ASAP as I'm desperate to book another slot and the slot might be filled. Passport Number is V2928916, DOB is 18th June, 2004. Payment Gateway order no. is 5605495
