Hi Team,

I made a payment of Rupees 14700, on 07-Sep-2021 at 04:17 pm via hdfc net banking and the reference Number for payment was 5537856 and transaction reference number was[protected] along with order number 5537856
Money was deducted from my account, however, the exam was not booked.
Even after calling IDP india helpline numbers multiple time, there is no acknowledgement to my query

Could you please investigate and get it resolved asap.

IDP contacted me and asked me to wait for 10 working days. And exactly after 10 working days my amount was credited back in my account. Thanks

    Wrong name issue in my TRF

    During registering for my IELTS exam I wrote my name wrong because of auto-fill
    Family name: Reddy
    Given name: Shravanth

    As for the passport, it should be
    Family name: Reddy
    Given name: Shravanth Reddy

      I have taken an IELTS exam with Goa Center on 21st August 2021. on 19th August, I resent my corrected passport with change in name and passport no. Despite repeated requests on Email, and calls to service number, I have not received any feedback nor any clarification.The registration at the exam center too was done with the new passport details.
      I was issued a Ticket no : [protected]. Till date there is no respose, except for only the change in passport name.
      i have got to submit the same to my agent and i am desperately looking for a solution.
      I regret i have reached a situation where i am frustrated with the service and I regret i had to attend the exam with IDP.

        Hello,
        Yesterday I booked a slot for my IELTS exam on 23rd oct, 2021 in Mumbai West. And during payment time I payed through gpay, but I didnt received any mail or any text regarding the same. Also, in gpay account its showing like transaction was successful and IDP India also received payment. Please help and look into this matter as soon as possible.

          I paid the fee for idp ielts computer based test on 17th September 2021 at 8:29 pm. It showed processing for some time then it showed payment failed. I made the transaction through Phone pe. Please kindly solve this issue ASAP as im desperate to book another slot and the slot might be filled.

            I had tried to register myself for Ielts exam on the 9th of September 2021 and paid the fees of Rs.14700/- but it showed error in payment. So I tried once again and the same error popped up. So amount of Rs.14700/- was debited from my bank account twice.                 Refund on EOR not received

                I have given my exam on 1 of july and after getting my result i went for EOR due to low band in writting on 14th of july and on 22nd july my score had been changed to 6.0 from 5.5 but till now i didnot recive my refund
                My pasport no. is V0560149
                My recipt no is E/07-22HR0000859
                Ihave recived a credit note/ refund voucher but money is not recived yet...

                I booked my IELTS test on July 26th 2021 with IDP for September 18th 2021(Saturday). IDP decides to set my speaking test on September 16th 2021 (Thursday) and inform me about this on September 13th 2021 (that too after my mail and live chat message asking for update on speaking test info). There is no way as a working professional, I can travel 300 miles for Speaking test which is being conducted mid week with such a short notice (less than 3 day notice). I was asked to mail regarding this issue. But, It's been more than 2 days and I still don't have a response from them. Their live chats are rarely operational and their toll free number doesn't work (all I get is a busy message). A toll free customer care number is supposed to queue the calls if it is busy. I believe their customer care number doesn't work anymore. I found a alternate number and still no response from them (good part at least it rings). I never had this issue when British council conducted the IELTS exam. They were clear about their schedule. IDP should start taking customer care seriously.

                    I've completed my IELTS application and paid the transaction amount of 14850/- on 10th September 2021 but there was an error 404 message generated furthermore, there was no confirmation if my slot is reserved.

                      Awaiting your reply as it is more than 30days since the exam was held and I am very much disappointed in the service provided by IDP. At least please respond to our queries. As per the conditions, I was supposed to get my results after 13 days of my exam date. However, I am still waiting for my results to be released.

                        Hi team,

                        this is happening 2nd time when i already dropped an email that i will be travelling to delhi specifically for this exam and please schedule the speaking test either on 11th or 12th but today on 8th i got to know that speaking is on 10th .

                        There use to be 5 days of prior notice before speaking test where is that gone. Please reschedule to 11 th or 12 of September

                              I am Mushad mohamed. I have applied for my ielts exam and I have completed my Speaking test yesterday(03.09.2021). Today (04.09.2021) I was supposed to write my remaining test in Apollo Dimore Hotel, Thiruvananthapuram. In Exam information, it was informed that exam starts at 9’o clock and I have reachd exam centre at 8.30 am. Exam centre is almost more than 100 m away from my house and in different state too. Due to covid situation, traffic and bad weather i was able to reach only at that time even though i have started my journey earlier. But the Examiner didnt allowed me informing that exam started at 8’o clock. I feel this is not so fair to do this. I need justice for this and i want to do my exam. I request you to consider my situation and to give me any other alternative day to do my reamining exams.

                                Dear IDP Team,

                                I would like to complaint about speaking test Examiner.

                                18aug 2021
                                Test centre : Trivandrum, kerala
                                Venue: south park, hotel

                                Examiner was sleeping during the test time...I don't know why IDP is selecting these kind of people for organizing these exams and all??

                                Dat day itself I told my friends and my family these kind of situation I faced during the exam time..

                                These kind of examiner will spoil different students life.

                                Other candidate also told me she was sleeping during the test time and face was not pleasant.

                                I want to register complaint against her..(main reason) these kind of examiner will spoil someone life .
                                Not everyone are rich in this world. These type examiner will give low mark to candidates and they have to reapply again. It's waste of money and time.

                                  Didn't received any mail confirmation after registration

                                  I have registered my exam for 30th sep by paying online on 2nd sept but i didnt received any mail confirmation nor registration to email. But instead received only sms stating the date of exam.
                                  I tried contacting customer care but couldnt reach out to them. So that how i ended up here complaining about the service.
                                  Hoping that this issue will resolve soon. Any info required kindly reach out to me....
