Dear team,

This is complain about the way my ielts LRW exam was conducted at CALISTA RESORT NEW DELHI. My Passport No is S2493104.

I have serious concerns about the way the test was conducted yesterday i.e 12th Aug 2021
Firstly, the staff conducted the test was not trained and they were not in idp uniform and were wearing casual clothes, from the begining exam was delayed 45 mins and no clear instructions relating to exam were given as to what is to be wriiten with pen and what with pencil. It was tolerable till now.

The main fault during the exam conduction was that during Reading exam the screen in the front showed REAL TIME AND NOT THE TIME REMAINING AND DUE to which i could not get a clear idea of time, the instructors did not even update the remaining time frequently and once they announced 30 mins are remaining and later just when 2 mins were left they announced that now 2 mins is left. I started jotting down my answers from question sheet to answer sheet and the examiner snatched it from me when I was half done.. my all answers are written in question paper but due to these misses I failed my exam.
My speaking is yet to be conducted but i want my money to be refunded as i will not bear to suffer because of this unprofessionalism .
I have given 7-8 exams before and i am band 8 holder and paid about 1 lac so far to you but i am displeased with the exam conditions this time so I request an enquiry and refund thereafter.

    Not received email confirmation

    I registered the exam for 4th September 2021, but I have not received any mail regarding confirmation, though they have sent me registration number through text.

    This is the first time I'm taking IELTS with IDP. Such a biased and fraudulent marking. When I have given my exam with British council the marking was genuine. But IDP really worst in conducting exam, not very organised and business making.
    Really fed up with the service. People doesn't have any other options to take IELTS other than IDP. These people making use of it. Speaking tests also we don't have option to choose the date.

      I think there are some really biased idp examiners (for speaking test), the lady whom i had my speaking test with was giving me very rude and off vibes; asked me legit 35+ questions; even tho I lived and worked in England for years and was giving her more than sufficient answers to jugde my English proficiency; she was constantly saying “why?” After each answer.
      I thought i did really good as the test i had with BC general ielts a day before was also really good and i scored 8.5 in speaking; to my surprise i got only 6.5. Thankfully i did not needed the idp results as i just filled it out for fun but i was literally mortified. These examiners have got some serious issues and personal biases with the candidates.

        I paid the fee for idp ielts computer based test on 4th August 2021 at 7:35 pm. It showed processing for some time then it showed payment failed. I made the transaction through Google pay. Please kindly solve this issue ASAP as im desperate to book another slot and the slot might be filled.

          I tried registering with IDP IELTS for the IELTS examination on AUGUST 3rd 2021. I paid the amount of Rs.14, 700 via upi id. It showed that there was a transaction error and there was no confirmation email regarding my payment and seat allotment. However, the money has been debited from my account, which my bank has confirmed but IDP is insisting that my name has not been registered. Rs. 14700 is a huge amount for me, so I can't register again till I get my money back. I intend to write the IELTS exam on SEPTEMBER 25 so I need to get the money back as soon as possible so that I can register myself again.

            Hi,

            I have booked test date on 5th of August and speaking use to happen on the same day or we will be notified 5 days before the speaking test . I got a message at 31st afternoon for 2nd August speaking 10:00 am.

            i asked to rescheduled it and dropped the email same say called the customer care and they said to wait for email reply. Now on 3rd of August night 10:00 PM i got a reply there is no examiner available and i need to schedule it at own cost.

            Please refund entire amount or change the speaking test .

              Hi, i have a complain for ielts idp . i have give my ielts exam twice and did not clear my reading part u have made the exam as giving a medial or a ca paper it doesnt seem like a english paper im really depressed and tensed . where i did good in the other parts i had to appear for them twice and its becoming really difficult . i am in avery bad mood my september intake has been ruined just because of ilets . even in 12 th grade cbse gives the chance for a student to re-apper for compartment u r increasing student stress level by giving the exam againa and again . please look at my promblem and resolve it its our future and it becomes so hard to pay twice already the fees is so expensive .

                Amount deducted but test not registered

                I booked a test for academic pen and paper on 24 August 2021. My passport ID is T6082233. Amount ₹14700 has been deducted from my account on 02/08/2021 (22:06 hrs) (utr id :[protected] but I did not receive any acknowledgment or confirmation mail or message. I am in urgent need for taking this exam. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. I have attached my payment proof below....

                I have applied for the test on 2nd August 2021 and proceed to pay for the slot.
                I entered all the details of my credit card ending 2004 for the amount of 14850 INR and the Reference no is ECOM_[protected].

                The payment was deducted from my card but no slot was booked and no confirmation received yet.

                I request IDP to process the refund as soon as possible.

                  Hello,

                  I tried to register for the IELTS exam on slot 9th Oct, 2021 and did the payment via UPI. The amount was deducted but the test date was not confirmed and I did not receive any mail/SMS. Second time when I tried to book the same slot via different payment method, I got the confirmation. Please look into this matter with urgency and refund the failed booking.

                      I was informed to book my preferred speaking slot from 19-21jul but it was not enabled. On 23rd it was auto scheduled. However I need to get it posponed as I will not be available during the slot which u mentioned. Emailed for the same but not addressed so far on the revised timeslot.

                          I wanted to book a slot of pen and paper based IELTS examination for 25th July at Bhubaneswar location. An amount of Rs 14700/-- got debited from my account via Netbanking, later faced a gateway error and no slot was booked either.

                          The money has not been refunded which should ideally be the case.
                          The customer care of IDP is so pathetic, we have been trying for like hours but no one replies even.

                          I do want some amount of information from IDP at least about the debited money or if the exam is booked.

                            I have tried to book slot for 7 August 2021 on 12 July 2021, the payment was deducted from my account but IDP merchant page said payment on hold. Please try to look after my issue, it is a huge amount for me and I am willing to give test on 7 August but Cannot book slot again until I get my refund.

                              I have tried to book 7 August 2021 slot on 12 July 2021, though money was deducted from my account, it said payment on hold and no slot booking confirmation mail received.                                 I had taken three times ielts exam with idp first time you give 5.5 in writing second time 5.5 in speaking and third time 5.5 in reading. I lost money on EOR also and idp is fooling the students by making money from them. Its a business for them. I am going to complaint about this in Australian government as consumer complaints.

                                    I want to make a request for the EoR due to the principle of not being told by the email before.

                                    I have taken the IELTS exams for 5 times in the same year of 2020 at IALF Jakarta, Indonesia (IDP Australia partnered). Can you please help me to make a complaint? I just want to do the EoR (Re-Mark) for my Speaking score which has drastically decreased for 1.5 points from 7.0 into 5.5 while my other scores are increased.

                                    This is hampering my admission process in Stanford University and full-funded scholarship program where I have a financial hardship and a budget limitation to take the IELTS exam again.
