IELTS IDP — Request for sending scores

I have sent my IELTS score to universities through IDP. I officially requested IDP Delhi to send my scores to the required universities on 15-10-14. Since 26 days my scores have not been sent. I would request you to kindly look into this matter. Whenever I call any IDP office in India -Either their phone is busy or nobody picks up the phone.
