iEnergizer — Haven't received the offer letter

Hello, sir/mam my name is Mehak Sharma & i had resin ienergizer in the month of sep because of some family emergency, as i have asked for certain leave they told me that you have to resin or you have to be present altogether so i prefer to resin but when i go to collect my experience letter they told me as you serve the notice period you have to pay 25 thousand Rs for full & final then only you be getting your experience letter please help me out & provide me Experience letter.
