I am Varun sharma (T61134) writing for F&F which has not been done yet It's been many days. I have also submitted a no due certificate to the HR Department. Please issue my full and final settlement.

I worked for the organization for 4 years and 10 months ( Nov 3rd, 2014 to Sep 13, 2019) which makes me eligible for gratuity.

The section says that for every completed year of service in excess of six months, the employer shall pay gratuity to an employee. ... So, if an employee completes 4 years and 6 months of continuous service in the same establishment, he is eligible to get gratuity as per the Payment of Gratuity Act 1972
