Product not delivered since last 6 month.i have already paid amount of ₹28000 in company's distributer account at the date of 23/12/2017 via Net banking of SBI. oreder placed at 1/1/2018 but after 2 months i did complaint in company named IFAZONE PVT.LTD. after that i got refund of ₹18000 but amount of ₹10000 is still pending Please help me to get my all refund back. I have proof of payment and oreder id.
