The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Product not delivered since last 6 month.i have already paid amount of ₹28000 in company's distributer account at the date of 23/12/2017 via Net banking of SBI. oreder placed at 1/1/2018 but after 2 months i did complaint in company named IFAZONE PVT.LTD. after that i got refund of ₹18000 but amount of ₹10000 is still pending Please help me to get my all refund back. I have proof of payment and oreder id.

Dosto jo log bol rhe ki fraud nhi hai to ye clear kyo nhi kr dete hai ki shoping nhi krna pdega... Mc sale apne maa behan ko job lga dete kyo dusre ke pichhe pde hai... B. Tech ko job nhi mil rhi hai ye uneducated ko job denge... Bhai fraud nhi rehta to free me koi kisi ke pichhe kyu pdte inhe kya fayda hai... Hmko v phn aaya tha but bc ko itna gali diya ki mc phn uthana band kr diya... Dosto job milna itna aasan nhi hai... Ek baar jarur...
