Recently on 13th August 2016, my washing machine was not working & I lodged a complaint. After I lodged the complain, the machine started but I did not cancel the complain. The technician came & had done the servicing( nothing much he had done) & charged Rs. 350 by giving the receipt. Soon after 2 days the machine stopped working & lodged complain on 8th Sept 2016. After follow ups the technician arrived on 13the Sept 2016 & charged Rs. 575/-. I told him that last time the amount charges was Rs. 350. He started asking for the last receipt which I couldn't produce so I told him to check his receipt book which he did not agree & suggested me to call service center number (on which no executive was responding).
Why there should be difference in the amount within the gap of 15 days & secondly the machine was under warranty for last 4 years during which it hardly gave problems & soon after the completion of 4 years the problem's started. I am very upset with the working condition of the machine & after that the amount charged by IFB. Was this information helpful? |
