      I have not received any maturity proceeds of IFCI long term infrastructure bonds series II, Folio Number - 2071740, certificate number[protected], four bonds worth Rs 20, 000. I have made numerous complaints via mail to Beetel Financial Services and IFCI from 6 June 2021. But issue is not solved as yet.
      IFCI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Dear Sir,

        This is regarding my IFCI Bond Resources/Infra Bonds opened on Nov 1, 2010

        4 Nos of ISIN – INE039A08122

        I have still not received principal and interest amount in my bank account although the due date of the bond is Sep 15, 2020.

        Tried to call the customer care nbr[protected], but the person is rude enough to not even reply back
        IFCI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        I have a complaint with respect to IFCI Family Bond.

                        I had purchased Millionaire Bond (Option I) having folio number 5412-402, warrant number : 275433, on 6th September 1996. The amount paid was Rs. 10, 000. I want to know the process to redeem the bond.

                        I have called their office many times but didn't get any response.

                        Please help me get this information.
