Dear Sir/Madam
In the Year 2011 Jan I had purchased 4 nos of zero coupon bonds amounting 20000 Rupees.It was scheduled to be matured in the year Jan-2021.The bonds were held with KOTAK Security with client ID[protected].My PAN No is ACHPM9236F.After the maturity period when matured amount was not credited to my SBI Account linked with DMAT I contacted the KOTAK Officials.They expressed their inability and asked to talked to Customer Care IFCI.
When I contacted the officials of customer they told that the cheque has been sent to my address mentioned in Kotak.This is to inform you that I have already left the mentioned address at C-58, Jagriti Vihar Burla, 768020 long before.She advised me to send the Aadhar card, PAN &cancelled cheque .
Accordingly I am submitting herewith the scanned copies of documents so that my matured amount may be credited to my SBI Account, [protected], MCL complex Burla,

Complaint marked as Resolved After a period of five months no action has been initiated by IFCI to resolve the issue of Non credit of maturity amount off zero coupon bonds ISIN INE039A09MU6.The matured amount should be credited to my account already submitted.
IFCI customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The details documents have already been uploaded earlier.
After one month there is no any response.
Once again requested to credit the matured amount in the bank( details already submitted).
