My husband expired in the year 2015. He had purchased IFCI Long Term Infrastructure Bonds series II in the year 2011.
Today I received cheques for bond's face values along with interest in the name of my deceased husband.
How can I convert those cheques in my name as because account No. mentioned in the cheques not exist.

I had purchased 8(eight) Ifci infrabonds FV Rs.5000/-each, Maturity date 15.2.2027 Annual interest 9.16% PA from secondry market on 02.02.2021. Interest due on 15.02.2021 not credited to my Account .IFCI and their Registrar & agent not responding to mails.

Submitted a cancelled cheque, copy of self attested Pan Card and address proof by Speed Post on 10.02.2021.Registered a COMPLAINT to IFCI PORTAL also vide Regtn. NO.GR[protected] but no action has yet been taken.No staff is attending phone calls and no reply to my SERIES of e-mails in this regard.Referred it to DPG and SEBI also. Being a retired person I require the money urgently.Bond MATURED on 31.021.2021.Claiming interest for delay also.

What happened to redemption money ??

I am holding the “IFCI Long Term Infrastructure Bond - Series II” bought during 2011 in physical form. Now that is matured on 31st Jan 2021. I would like to know the procedure to redeem the matured amount. I have ben trying to contact the IFCI via this number several times[protected], no proper response. The line hardly connects. Which is the right helpline number / mail id to which I need to contact ?

Can someone please help me to share the procedure redeem the bind ?
