If the matured payment is to be done by cheque, it may please be sent to the address as per the attachment and if NEFT/RTGS/online payment is to be done, it is to be done as per the bank details as per attachment. We m/s prakruti avenues p ltd purchased property situated at raikal village belonging to m/s rkr housing pvt ltd in e auction conducted by regional office, hyderabad of ifci ltd, on 18th october 2019. These properties were mortgaged to credit facilities granted to m/s vnril.
We paid the entire amount and got the sale certificate registered on 4th january but the corporation has been promising to get the documents from cbi since the payment was made. But even after 9 months we have not received the documents and there is no response from the officials. We gavea complaint by e mail to hod. [protected]@ifciktd.com on 10th september for which also there's no reply so far.
