My dp id is 12021400 and client i'd 00071425 and dp name is seema securities pvt ltd. And total no. Of bond is 04
As per telephonic conversation and through mails whatever the form and details you said and given through mails... I have sent you the same as per mentioned date and you received it on time which i crossed check with you before 30th november 2019 over phone and you said that wait for 31st january 2020 you will get the money on your given account so cross check with bank and if not then on monday 3rd february 2020 call me on same number [protected] since that day till today i called number of times...in different numbers and different timing but no proper response i got... Luckily once, someone from your office has given me these ctc numbers [protected]/282/283 but still no one has told me where is my money and after that i continue kept calling but someone hanged it without talking... This is the way you service your client... No help no proper resolution... You literally paniced my father for his money... You can see the attached details...

I had submitted original bond with required documents and it's was checked by ifci official at ifci tower nehru place on dated 20/11/2019.
Assured me due payment will be made into my bank account on 01/01/2020.
Unfortunately, there is no response or intimation from ifci, even after submitting contact and mail details.
Payment is still pending.

At the time of bond submission, concerned authority informed me that payment will be made on 01/01/2020 directly to my bank account.

I have submitted original bond with required documents at ifci, nehru place, new delhi on 20/11/2019.

I am concerned as it has matured but there seems to be no response from the company from my phone calls and emails

I have purchased four bonds of rs. 5000/- each around 7 years back but not received the bond certificate. Moreover due to household theft case i have lost the folio number also. Only bank's amount receipt is available with me. Please help how to get the certificate.

As per your bond on dt.[protected] I have to get Rs.170000/- on or after dt.[protected].But as per your information dt.[protected] only Rs.90270/- is to be paid after issuing necessary document.Also you had written the bond has been matured since 2009.But as per document of bond maturity will be on[protected].
Therefore kindly clearyfy to me why the written amount is not to be pay to me, so I will be highly grateful to you.

I have one bond folio no. 5616-719 option-11) issued on date. 06/09/1996. I have not received any information regarding my millionaire bond (Option ii). I would like to know regarding the bond's maturity status. I came to know that bond was redeamed in past. Due to transferable service i did not aware. I have lost the above bond and need to get a duplicate .We had filed an fir in 2001 with chanakayapuri police station, the duplicate of the bond has not been received please could you issue duplicate so we can close this matter .Unfortunately we donot have a copy of the bond … the number and details have been given above .We spoke on your helpline with mr ashutosh who was very unhelpful and rude ! need to help ...Rgds reena duggal / mohit duggal

My wife and i purchased 8 bonds (2 lots of 4 each) of ifci infra bonds series iv in february 2012. Till date, we have not received:

1. Annual interest for any of the last 5 years
2. Notification and letter of buyback (Either by post or email or phone)

We wrote emails to them in the first week of 2015 for the buyback, but they did not redeem and asked to wait for another 3 years. We reapplied this year and now they are asking us to sell on stock exchange at lower price.

We have asked them to furnish the proof of buyback intimation sent to us and received by us. But neither they shared the proof of intimation (For these years 2015 and in 2018) and nor worked on our redemption.

When i conatcted delhi ifci office for early redemption of bonds they told to diapatch original bonds at new delhi address along with cancelled cheque and aadhar card copy and pan card copy
Finally i dispatched the same and have checked that they have reed

Then afterwards i cameto know that i have to send the same at karvy computershare hyderadabad office

Please revert that whose fault is this

I purchased 4 (Four) ifci long term infrastructure bonds - series iv (Folio no. Inb0044181) amounting to rs.20000.00 (Rupees twenty thousand only) in february, 2012. I want to redeem these bonds on 15th february, 2019.
As per their advice i sent the folio no and a cancelled cheque. I have not heard anything since then.

I've a complaint regarding the millionaire bond issued by company as on 06-09-96 as we did not receive any notification add mentioned in your website! The issue price of bond was 5000 and the face value of the bond was 500000, the folio no. Of the bond is 5048-295. I did not receive any mail as notification as mentioned in the bond as well! Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible and inform me regarding the status of the bond.
