Ifci Infrastructure Development Limited — Very big delay in residential property 21st milestone residency

Flat No B 202, 2nd Floor.
21st milestone residency.
Ghaziabad.

I have bought a flat from IIDL (IFCI INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED) in Oct 2012. According to the builder buyer agreement the builder was supposed to give the possession by Jun 2013 but builder has not provide the possession by the time i am filing this case.

I have paid my hard earned money and i have also taken a huge home loan against this property.
I am feeling very much harassed.

Please take some appropriate action so that me and other buyers will get justice.
