IFCI — LTI bond series 2 redemption

I have 4 nos. LTI bond series 2 with folio no. 2145016 and cert. No.2066886 matured on 31st January 2021.
My SB account no.[protected] with SBI. I have recently transferred the account from
Neyveli tamilnadu MICR[protected] to
Vijinaoura Bangalore MICR[protected].. The account no. and bank name are same. Till date I have not received the redemption amount. Already written email to ifci and beetal financial but of no reply or action. Please help me in getting the amount.
