I have tried so many times at your customer care no., they transferred the line to the concern person but the person has not picked the phone. It happened so many time. Therefore I am writing to you.

I am having Infra Bond Series IV. According to my bonds which can be buy back by the company by 17/02/2017. So please let me know the procedure that how can I redeem my bonds.
