We have iffalcon 55" TV. It stopped working in Oct 2022.
We make compliant on 20th Oct 2022. Complain No- IN[protected]
It required mother board replacement, but still its not done.
We are continuously following up but no solution till date.
Your authorized service person Sachin Aloni says we would take your TV to service center to replace the mother board.
Otherwise we would not replace the part.
Its been long and we are harassed for a small replacement for last 6 months.
Please look into this and resolve at the earliest
