It required mother board replacement, but still its not done.

We are continuously following up but no solution till date.

I own a iffalcon Android TV since December 2019. Only recently my TV started behaving differently. It went into BootLoop and does not proceed after the Android loading screen. Usually, this should be a software issue.
After filing a complaint with customer service. A technician visited my place after 2-3 days, He told me to replace the main board which should cost around Rs.9000/-. I requested him to tell me what seems to be the problem with the board, but he could not tell me what is the issue. He just said your tv will work once the board gets replaced.
The technicians are untrained and the technical team of iffalcon/TCL lacks knowledge about the product. They were unable to identify the problem itself and on top of that, they had the audacity to demand 400 rupees in visiting charges.

I purchased the ifflacon tv on 03/08/2022. And tv stopped working on 19 September 2022 everytime I call to customer care they as me to wait for 4 days today is 07 October 2022 . 18 days till yet they are saying to wait for 4 days no one is listening and resolving the problem. I want my tv to either replace or repair immediately.

As i purchased ifalcon 1 ton ac on 9th March 2022 from flipkart .After completing one month the PCB damaged after complaining so many times with customer care the pcb replaced after 20 days and again pcb damaged after 10 to 15 days as in meantime i have called many time to service center they have to come but also no response is received by them and ultimately after so many attempt of complaint, today the pcb received after 15 days but still error is shown in machine as they said the machine is not working.
So kindly replace my machine as we are fed up with this Ifalcon ac.
Please cooperate and replace my machine as early as possible.

I would like to inform you that we are a user of your Iffalcon television which is not working properly. It's for my aged parents and television is the only recreation for them. The display has not been working since 26.07.2022 which means almost for 21 days. Tech visit was done by 29.07.2022. They informed us that within 2-3 weeks it would be replaced completely as the display was not available in the market.
It is very awful to know that after 21 days they claimed that it will take another 35 days to replace the product. It is not accepted anymore and we want a resolution as soon as possible as we do have a 2 years of guarantee from the company. your kind co operation will be highly appreciated.

iffalcon service center me call kiya lekin abhi tak koy servicemen aaya nahi he...8/8/022 ko complain register krvay thi...
abhi bhi 15 din baaki he warrenty over hone me..

service center me muskil se call lagta he...10 se 15 min wait krne ke baad call lagta he..

My experience wit them is unpleasant. I bought iFFALCON K71SG 4K UHD during last year 9/9/21 sales, and surprisingly the set spoiled 3 months before the warranty expired.

I call them to pickup the TV set on 22/6 and until today 12/8 the TV still not fix. I call them mid July, they told me they still troubleshooting, after show my dissatisfaction, they told me due to global chip storage. Meaning they don't keep spare parts for repair. Today they told me my set still in the midst or repairing. So if you planning to buy Iffalcon TV, better think twice unless you have TV to spare.

I have lodged a complain on 30 June 2022 regarding my iffalcon
smart tv as the tv was not starting. Further i contacted iffalcon
customer care several times, the rep told me your tv will be
replaced with in one week but the issues Was not resolved till
now.today i also made a call to customer care further the rep give

Product- iffalcon 50 inch TV (model name - 50K61) purchased in November 2021.

I am facing issue regarding video visibility on tv screen.

I have raised a complaint regarding the same on 27th June 2022 which got cancelled without any resolution and notification to us.

Then I have raised another complaint on 7th of July 2022 and waiting for resolution. Every time I contacted to customer care they ask to wait for more 10 days and no one have the exact status of my complaint.

It's been more than a month we are waiting for response and resolution.

On registering acomplaint service boy came and said the device doest have video so some parts needs to be replaced. He said it will take 3 weeks not it is more than 2 months. Kindly prove service at the earliest

Purchased iFFALCON LED TV 55K2A from FLIPKART 2.5 years back. Panel stopped working, no display. Pathatic service from iFFALCON/TCL.
They are not providing even estimate.
First of all life of iFFALCON products is very low, over and above pathetic services. So never buy iFFALCON...

Very worst and pathetic service. They won't think about customer satisfaction . They won't provide after sale service as well. Duplicate parts only used and if we ask any questions related to the product they will tell out of 100 products 5 product may mislead. If anyone got one product from out of 5 they are very lucky persons because our money will get wasted

I brought a TV from Flipkart on 30.06.2021 and installation was not done even after 07.07.2021. Very worst customer care. Even after making lots of phone calls they are not responding properly. Dear public never buy iFFALCON tv.

I brought a iFFALCON TV on 30.0.2021 through Flipkart. Even after 07.07.2021 nobody has attended for the installation. After making registration through customer care they showed worst response. My humble request to people please do not bye it.

Dear sir, i have bought iffalcon tv through flipkart on 10th aug 2019. But it seems to be shutting off randomly. When it turned off, i use remort to turn on. Then it will be ok and working properly. After some time, it again going to sleeping mode, using remort i turning on and the same procedure is repeating. Please help me to resolve this problem

I wish to complain about iFFALCON Certified Android 138.71cm (55 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV that I purchased on[protected].

I am complaining about your product TV watching movies Automatic restart several times from the date of purchase. To resolve this problem I would like you to do the proper service or Replacement the product.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Your Customer care toll free number no one is answering in your company, what you will do about my complaint.

Please note that this TV I have purchased on 17/02/2019 through flipkart vide their Invoice No.FABOFF[protected]. After delivery this TV installed in last week of February, 2019. After 2 months i.e. 1st week of May, 2019 this TV is not working and hence I have made the compalint of same to Flipkart as well as iFFALCON TCL company Service Centre. In last week of May somebody visited and taken the zerox copy of Invoice and told that another person will visit with part and attend the TV. In 1st week of June Mr. Abdul has visited to my place with part but he could not attend the TV. He told that complete main panel to be changed and same will be available within 3/4 days but upto this date no positive reply is getting from Mr. Abdul. This is new brand TV and afrer 2 months the same is not working. After one month follow up they are not responding our telephone call. Please help in this matter.

My hdmi ports are not working for last 10 days, i gave complaints to iffalcon customer care by voice call.On last monday, the technician has visited and said that the board of my tv needs to be replaced and he has informed to your company in front of me but till now my tv is not repaired till now.when i am calling customer cares i m not getting sufficient informations.iffalcon company only cheats people.after 1 day of installation this shows this shows this much of problem but the problem is not resolved.
