This is to inform you that My Vehicle no. PB10DH- 5754 was insured by your co. against policy no. 90022173.
My vehicle was stolen 25.04.2015 and I have not received any claim of this vehicle, I have call to the office so many times what unfortunately no
Positive response was given by the office. This is very unfortunate and irresponsible act by your company.
I am suffering a lot and waiting for your quick response.
This is to inform you that in case no positive response was received, I will take this matter to the consumer court.
