Deficiencies : 1) kindly provide details of rs.10000/- dr. Asif mention in submitted bill. 2) kindly provide hgt reading of rs. Rs.90/- & rs.54/-prescription paper required. 3) item wise and cost wise detailed breakup of medicine mentioned in final hospital bill of rs.5000/- all these three points of deficiencies are from criticare hospital bill only.
