I request many time to iffoco tokio company but they not solve the issue and all company no is fake on prospectus and policy for example [protected], [protected] all phone no does not exist. company not provide proper response of mail and toll free no mention on website. i talk to customer care they said u received call 24hrs and cut the call and when i ask about premium they not reply they said i dont say ur premium amount
u recived call 24 hrs but no call and mail reply from company
further company breach guidlines of irdai-
1)45day before renwal notice to customer. and also
2) not provide online amount option.
3) policy not open online
4)excess premium amount chage to customer in comparision to new policy
new amount 16698 and renwal amount 20898 excess chage to renwal customer.
so i request this all problem sort out immedetaly so company not cheat with other customer. and work properly.
