IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — Double deduction of amount from bank

Actually i made payment for bike insurance but it shows that the session had been expired...
I tried it again then this time my payment was successful

But then i got 2 individual msg... Shows that 1260.52 rupees has been deducted from account twice

I have done that insurance on 12 july 2017

Then i went to bank for passbook entry then it shows that t the amount has been deducted twice...

Not please tell me what to do to get the refund
And to whom should i make call for refunds bank or that insurance company...
