IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — surveyor (shaket lohan) & his boss (rajeev jha) not approving claims, providing wrong information and harassing customer

Shaket lohan surveyor ([protected]) didn't approve my claim, he demanded money from me to approve extra claim. He has entire gang of his boss rajeev jha ([protected]) and grievance officer ([protected]). They are a group cheating customers and not approving genuine claims. They only do it where they get extra money. They didn't inform me of some 25% deduction on claim amount charged and told me only at the end stage when they took ncb amount difference from me. They don't respond and harass customers. Need strict action against them
