IFFCO Tokio General Insurance — Vehicle hold for approval

I am registered owner of DL-3CAG-4157. Vehicle's survey conducted by mr. Vinod . At the time of survey 3 panel repairing approval was given to workshop and next day they refused for approval. I had contacted Mr. Arun yadav regarding this. till date vehicle is hold. There is no response from any body. Nobody is replying in mail/message/Letter. They had never contacted me for this.
