My name is vishal patankar-[protected].(faridabad, haryana) on 21 nov. I renewed my bike insurance policy online. I got soft copy of policy on mail.But i have not received hard copy by post till now .
Customer care executives of iffco tokio said that it will be delivered in 4-5 working days, but now more than 18 days are past . Everytime i ask costumer care, they reply the same' will be delivered in next 4-5 days'.
I'm really fed up with their services, i will not avail their service in future after this or not recommend anyone.
I request you to take suitable action on this company.
