I got my bike claimed for an accident and the agent was too stubborn to get it repaired instead of replacement despite of warnings from the service center and me. He got my tank repainted and the paint now has bubbles.

When i went back to the insurance company they say that this cannot be rectified now and you have to bear it as service center informed for the bubbles i cannot hold them responsible for this as well

Now i am paying my insurance premium as a rules abided customer and not getting any claim when needed

    Dear Sir,

    since 5 years, i was renewing the policy with the amount of premium between 12000 to 13000 but recently the premium asked was Rs. 27000, which is almost double the earlier premium.

    kindly help me out in this case.

    Today i had received the call from Rahul srivastav (delhi), mobile no. [protected] he was asking for my bank detail to refund the amount and had shared a link, he had informed that he was calling from consumer complaint department and was very rude over phone and was not given me employee id and designation when i asked him.
    kindly let me know is it a genuine call from consumer complaint department

      My car (Number py 01 cm 0039 alto 800 model) having motor insurance policy from your iffco tokio, my car met with road accident, i went with my accident car to abt maruti - shanbaka show room at pondicherry 08.11.18, they told their policy & terms, yard rent rs.200/- per day (If total loss means) other wise no rent need. I followed continuously your team for claiming they were not responding in properly, i am totally un statisfied with your (Iifco) service. After two month your team told my vehicle got total loss.

      Pls tell me, how many days you will taken, to inspect vehicle and arrive/estimated the cost, is it want two month times.

      Till now i am waiting my claim, who will pare yard rent last 85 days you or me?. This is not i am expecting from iffco, still no one reply asap your policy claim status.
      I complaint abt team, they came & discussed with me, now they told maruti end clear all the procedures but still pending iffco insurance.

      Both team took so much times for single claim process started.

      I need clarification & conclusion from your end with in 2 days.

      I will go to consumer plaint in legally.

        Hard copy of two wheeler insurance not received after online insurance.

        My name is vishal patankar-[protected].(faridabad, haryana) on 21 nov. I renewed my bike insurance policy online. I got soft copy of policy on mail.But i have not received hard copy by post till now .

        Customer care executives of iffco tokio said that it will be delivered in 4-5 working days, but now more than 18 days are past . Everytime i ask costumer care, they reply the same' will be delivered in next 4-5 days'.

          Res/sir I have all ready give complaints for delay and non disbursement of insurance claim in writing on dated 19/05/14 to IFFCO-TOKIO Akola - 444001, also contact many times on telephone with company executive Mr.yogesh Wanlhade on cell no -[protected], and communicate with company representative on telephone . For policy no[protected] with claim id[protected]. Yet this claim is not settled by company if I asked them for claim disbursement office staff is raise on me and manager threatened me.             Myself, Shrikant deshmukh, a full time employee in a company... holding a 2 wheeler insurance of IFFCO TOKIO from october 2013 recommended by bajaj alliance ... IFFCO TOKIO is a company.. I have called them 1000 times for my insurance claim cheque since October but they are least bothered to give claim amount of just Rs . 7400/-.. I work from morning 11 am to evening 7 pm in south mumbai and I have asked them to drop me cheque wherever suitable to their convenience but they are not giving me.. I have spoken to Miss Komal (account department on[protected] for 100 times and she is telling me that i have not done any procedure for the same... she is not aware that where are my documents nor she is bothered to update with the status... after her i spoke to Miss Smita (account Department[protected] she also replied me same thing as Miss Komal told me .. I have been following up with the insurance company for more than 3 months.. this is the kind of service they provide us.. and nobody is ready to take the responsibility... Miss komal asked me to speak top her senior because working in the same company she is not aware of anything in the company and the clients .. HOW IRRESPONSIBLE SHE IS!!! In such a MNC insurance company... Mr Swagat (claim department assistant manager, MUMBAI CSE, contact no [protected],[protected] He is a ... !!! he doesn't want to do any work just want to yell on the phone and say that you do whatever you can i want clear your claim... he only has asked me to put the complaint against him and the company... than to i kept on calling him and requested him for my claim cheque which amounts only Rs 7400/-... later he started giving me excuses that his senior are not there, he is not in office, he is out of town, he doesn't have the documents, documents are not signed... But All the documents submitted by me are perfect... I am following with him since october but he is also least bothered... I was fed-up so I spoke to Mr. Yashwant (branch manager, Chembur, contact no-[protected]) ... he is the person who is not sure about anything running in the office.. WHY he comes to office... WHY this kind of people are been appointed in such MNC or IFFcO TOKIO is only a bad service provider.. How can a common man survive a normal life with normal procedures of a such a high-end company.. I have requested and begged infront of IFFCO TOKIO staff for more than 100 times... every time they say next monday-next monday..when is the claim going to come .. please help me resolve my problem ..               I bought the policy online, but when I got the policy, it had wrong mention of city name and make of the vehicle.

              I bought the policy on 20th April and started contacting iffco tokio customer care from 23rd Aprli.

              I sent around 7 emails and 2 web request, but I never got response on single email.

              I sent emails to different ids as well [protected]@iffcotokio.co.in, [protected]@iffcotokio.co.in,[protected]@iffcotokio.co.in I never get a response on any of these email ids.

              I tried calling customer care number,now it should be more than 15 times, each time they say "we will get back to you in max 2 days" but no one calls me back.

              I am never going to buy policy again from iffco tokio

                I have paid Rs 753.84 through online to the above company for renewal of my Vehicle Insurance on 16 April 2013. My POlicy number, that I have received through SMS is 83664434.

                But as per the e-mail from IFFCO Tokia that my policy will be sent through the e-mail after 3 days but till date I have received the Policy through e-mail..

                Kindly do the needful.

                Iffco Tokio — NON RECEIPT OF CAR INSURANCE POLICY

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased a Hyundi I10 car from HANS HYUNDII on 14 NOV 2010 .

                The Insurance of the car was done on 14 Nov 2010 by the agent of IFFCI-TOKIO on 14 N0V 2010.

                I have not recieved the policy of my car till date.The Details are as under :-

                I have been ringing up the agent VIRENDRA for the same , he kept giving the reply that it will reach in two days .Since last Month he has stopped picking up our call.

                I have also complained on Toll Free No of IFFC -TOKIO Complaint No 1-[protected] dated 24 Jun 2011. So far there has been no communication till date ie 06 Jul 2011.

                Please do the needful for early reciept of car policy.

                  My policy No is[protected]IFFCO - TOKIO) , i had my car got accident 2 time in a week, which made my car both rear panel damaged and front with light. when i requested to insurance company to claim the damage the refused to give us the claim and deliberately only took 2 damaged in 2 different accidents, they were not listening to me and behaving very rudely. I had never claimed any insurance since last 3 years but when i claimed it was so difficult that even insurance company was not willing to insure my car , i dont know what should i and whom should i contact.
                  I still have my front light, and side window worsly damaged and insurance company is not paying for the service i paid for.

                    21 may 2011 mere papa ka accident ho gaya tha driving kar rahe they unki gadi aur driver dono hi iffco tokio se insured they. 20 July 2011 ko maine claim ke liye apply kiya to kuch dino baad apke suvavour survey karne aaye aur unhone disability certificate ki demand ki.
                    after 45 days maine unhe certificate de diya usko baad unhone kafi dino tak under process kehkar talte rahe after 2 months unhone mujhse DD Entry report ki demand ki jo maine Police Station me chakkar laga laga kar 2 weeks main lekar aaya jo ki unka kaam tha uske baad kai baar phone karne par wo 1 week ke baad DD Entry report lene aaye agar unhe DD entry report kii jarurat thi to wo pehle keh sakte the mujhse.
                    Uske baad wo under process keh kar taalte rahe . Phir 45 days pehle maine unhe call ki to unka kehna tha ki verification hogi disability certificate kii agar unhe verification ka wani thi to 2 months main kyun nahi karayi phir bhi main unke touch main raha aur unse confirm karta raha ki verification hui hai ya nahi and he replied again and again main gaya tha magar doctor nahi mila . 5 days pahle main ambedkar hospital main confirm karne gaya waha ke doctor ka kehna tha yahan par koi bhi pankaj bedi nahi aaye sir[censored]nka letter aaya tha jisme kuch Question puch rakhe the mujhse to doctor ne kaha agar wo mujhse face to face baat kare main verification kar dunga to maine unse 26 april kii meeting fix kar li aur pankaj ji se bhi aane ke liye keh diya unhone bhi haan kar di but maine 26 april ki subah ko call kiya to unka kehna tha mera kuch personal kaam nikal aaya hai isliye main aaj nahi jaa sakta unhone kaha maine RTI laga di hai 7-8 days main verification ho jayegi lekin maine RTI call centre main call karke pata kiya unhone kaha 30-45 days lagte hai ek case solve hone main pehle hi 10 months wait kar chuke hain .
                    RTI Jab lagate hain jab doctor mana karta hai doctor to verification ke liye taiyar hain pankaj ji hi nahi gaye. mr. vivek gaink se meri baat hui jinse main 1 mahine se contact main tha Abhi[protected] ko unhone mujhe abhi last decision bataya ki agar disability 90% hogi jabhi insurance claim milega lekin meri disability certificate main 84% disability hai.                     Two months back i meet with and accident from bike i claim insurance for damage.but till date i dnt receviced payment from there side.showroom people are telling that we had already submited document .and insurance company telling tat we dnt received people from sarveyer

                      Hi, My new car Etios Liva met with an Accident. The car front and rear is damaged. So the gear box has seixed due to oil leakage. the Surveyor for IFFCO TOKIO is saying the gear box is not covered as it has seized due to consequences losses and I have to pay 80000 as its part cost.why would I pay 80000 Rs for it? Why is it not covered as it occured due to accident and not any mishandling .

                        I had purchased Inova (OR-07R-0099) second hand from Mr.D.Satya Rao.of Berhampur,Ganjam,Orissa. in month of Oct'10. After changing OWNERSHIP of RC(01.11.2010),I had produced the same at IFFCO TOKIO branch of Berhampur for endosement of insurance policy in my fever by paying the full dues in time & reccived the POLICY COPY given by them having validity from 29.11.2011 to 29.05.2011,midnight. The PDF copy of my DL,RC Smart card,Insurance copy issued to me & RC book of my vehicle OR-07R-0099.
                        In month of Jan'11, I had faced an accident & booked in help line of iffco tokio & reccived the claim ref no-1-GCB2H3 ,surveyor deputed was Mr. SANGRAM KESHARI MISHRA(mob[protected] on Dt27.01.2011 in my mobile no-[protected]
                        I had send my vehicle to authorized TOYOTA service center,.(Field Motors of bbsr.).& by paying all dues in cash at service center I received back by doing all formalities for claim.
                        Till date the claim is not settled,while asking the agent he is not answering properly,Non officially i came to know that they had issued me a faulse insurance certificate to me.
                        Now What to do kindly help me.

                          I got a car insurance done through Himgiri Cars P Ltd. B-99, Wazirpur Industrialm Area, New Delhi 110052
                          phone No. [protected] vide their receipt no. 464 dt. 12-01-11 from IFFCO Tokyo for my car No. DL 3CAP 3669 Santro in my Firms name S.c. Jain & Co.and paid a cheque of Rs. 5037-00 bearing no. 571653 of HDFC Bank Ltd.

                          The cherque got cleared from my bank onm 22-01-11 in the name of IFFCO Tokyo.
                          Repaeted requests have been made to Himgiri Cars P Ltd. but till date they have not sent me either the cover note or the policy.

On dated 17th May 2011 I face a accident with this bike and some damage on it total cost of repair of this bike was 9010 Rs. , your Savior check this bike with Mhalaxmi Bajaj Person and they done work on it. Now my bike is working fine. But I receive chaque from your side of Rs. 2500 Only. How it will done I don’t know, when I call to your person Mr. Ashvinbhai they says your bike silencer payment we not pass, when it not fitted after accident.
                            I talk with Bajaj Company Person also they says it not fitted and if you need then I give you in written. So please do need full for this.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                I had purchased a commercial Indica car for earning purpose, finance by Reliance capital – Oct’2007 at the time of purchasing cash amount was given to

                                Guru kripa (An agency of Reliance capital) also for Insurance policy from Reliance General insurance. Later after 3 months I came to know that cheque was bounce from agent side, which was given for car insurance. I had received original cover note from Reliance General Insurance, which was not valid any more. After that I again purchased a Insurance policy from IFFCO-TOKIO General Insurance co. Ltd. for my same commercial car DL IY B 1775. Between the valid period of my Insurance policy from IFFCO –TOKIO car got accident at the time of accident vendor( where I had given on hire) did not inform me for such accident and original document was in car box also original insurance cover note of Reliance General insurance on basis of all that he did put accidental car to service center Pawa Motor Wazirpur Ind. Area. Where they treated on basis of available documents. Later after 45days. When Vendor stopped to give me monthly hiring money and inform me for such accident. when I asked why not informed me at the same time, vendor told me that you may get panic , now car is ready and we will get soon but I told him bounce cheque history of Reliance cheque for available original cover note Insurance policy and confirmed that valid IFFCO-TOKIO policy is with me.

                                Then on basis of original cover note issued by Reliance General Insurance Pawa Motor treated but now Reliance General Insurance is not ready to pay claim amount. I did call more than 80 times to surveyor (Mr. Mukesh Mehndiratta) but he did not pick my call, through a another person I requested to transfer my all valid document to IFFCO- TOKIO for claim clearance as it’ was been 4 months after many request surveyor sent all concern documents to IFFCO-TOKIO but as policy was issued from INDORE (M.P), I got connected to customer care no. I called after 3 months when payment was not received by me yet as every time customer care executive promise me that your claim is ready will reach you soon may be after 40 days.

                                After doing many follow up when I did not receive any claim amount I became de-motivate from IFFCO-TOKIO. It’ was passed 9 month of car accident. After 9 months I lost my job too I had not fund to provide monthly installment of rs.9625/- pm to Reliance Capital. I received call to make monthly installment with using wrong word then I did explain to caller that this is the problem and car is at service center not running on road also I have lost my job due to re-cession so I am not able to make payment any more. After some time again I received call Mr. Prashant from Reliance capital I told him all my situation then he told me that I am manager level person, we have cancelled our Agency Guru kripa as they have taken cash from you and did bounce cheque and due to same you are in trouble and gave me confidence to get it clear the claim amount on requesting to me to pay at least 4 installment (Rs.9625*4 ) out of 6-7 bounce installment as if I will make payment on request of him he would force Reliance General Insurance team to get it clear very soon as why they did issue original cover note to be sure from customer side that his Insurance policy is valid.

                                I borrowed rs.40000/- on interest from my friend to pay due installment and hopping to get my car on road. I paid 5 installment after being accident of my car, being in confidence that I have paid money for both policy Reliance and IFFICO-TOKIO but after making payment of 5 installment still I did not receive any claim amount from any Insurance company.

                                And then Reliance Capital picked my commercial car DL 1Y B 1775 from Service Center Pawa Motor and sue a case for balance amount of car approx 1.95 Lakh. Which I was unable to pay and requested a lawyer to help on basis of that I need not any money from any one but I am not able to pay a single rupees as I am elder in my family and I have to care for them. I did many visit to Pawa Motor to get it confirm that Reliance Capital have paid claim amount and then they have picked my car after payment. while helping they also threat to sue legal case for their due unpaid amount . After 1 year case was disposed off from Saket court and Lawyer told me that you need not to give and take from Reliance Capital and now case is closed but not provide any written note.


                                The problem is again Reliance Capital have claimed balance amount after selling my car only for rs.85000.00 due amount they have claimed ( Rs.105000.00+ 14.5% interest) else they would take moveable goods from my home . And till now after confirmation from IFFCO-TOKIO customer care they are still saying that case is closed as amount of rs.70000/- is ready to payment against my claim amount 105000 , which is I am listing from starting. Now again today 03.05.2011 connected to IFFCO-TOKIO for the same they demand written from Reliance General Insurance for reason of such delay while as per their initially requirement , required document has been sent my surveyor to IFFCO-TOKIO.

                                No-One is ready to help and telling to not explain above bore story again and again, while from last 2 years unable to sleep well and been de-motivate to suicide.

                                Would request you on being down by my knee to help me out from this critical situation, as I do not have any way to make such big payment instead of suicide. Please help me.

                                I am Anil Arora. R/0 1030/8, Mehrauli, New Delhi. My Car Santro No. DL7CJ 4653 has been theft in Noida on 16th April 2009. I had the Motor Insurance from Reliance General Insurance CO. Ltd. I have submitted all the required documents to Reliance and I have confirmation email from them also. Now it is 4 Months to submit all the documents to them. I am regularly doing follow up with them for the Claim Amount but they are really not giving the proper response and My Claim NO. [protected].

                                  We would like to inform you and to the highest authority possible that working with IFFCO TOKYO has been a very bad experience till date. It has just been two months that we have started working as an insurance agent for IFFCO TOKYO. We were looking forward to this and were hoping to increase business with your esteemed company.

                                  I believe that it is highly inappropriate for a representative of your company to try and teach us how to behave in our office. This is after number of false commitments and unprofessional behavior which was communicated to Respected Mr. Sumit. Incase Mr. Mohit has to come to our office with a strange attitude rather than being apologetic of the fact that he has been making us wait since 3 days for his arrival then our understanding of IFFCO TOKYO's professionalism has been very different. Mr. Mohit might be very smart but that is good for him and it holds no good for us if he has to come and through his attitude around. I do not think that Mr. Mohit has any business to come to our office and tell us that "Calling Sumit or anyone else will not make any difference". If nothing makes a difference at IFFCO TOKYO and its code of conduct is that we will work when we want to then working as an agent for such a company seems to be a very short term affair.

                                  I believe that insurance is a business where there is a lot of customer dealing and its your commitment of time amongst the other things which really matters. I am quite amazed and shocked as this is surely not the behavior that we were expecting from a company such as your. We believe that we are working together and not for each other. With an attitude which shouts that i will work when i want to and that would also be a favor the feeling of working with each other gets maligned. Mr. Sumit has been very helpful at all times and has done his best to resolve issues but if he is being represented by Mr. Mohit and his strange attitude then i am not too sure if it is the correct representation.

                                  We would really want this to go to the most senior level for them to take notice of the image that is being portrayed of the company. Attending our phone calls or approving policies which we are doing for IFFCO TOKYO should not be made to feel like a Favor to us.

                                        I had made a Car Accident Insurance Claim (No.[protected] in Aug-09 on the Car Insurance Policy (No:[protected] taken from IFFO TOKIO. They sent the cheque in Oct-09, but it did not reach me due to an error in my address with IFFCO TOKIO.
                                        I contacted their Customer Care and as advised, faxed an address correction request to Mr. Prajapathi on 15-Dec-09 and I confirmed its receipt over phone. In Mar-10, I contacted IFFCO TOKIO again and they advised me to send another address correction request to Mr. Ashish and I faxed it on 23-Mar-10 and confirmed its receipt over phone. Since the cheque is not received until today, I rang up the Customer Care once again. I got the same advise to send another address correction request.
                                        I am really fed up. I have taken the decision not to insure with IFFCO TOKIO any more, since the primary purpose of insuring my car has not been met.

                                            MOTOR CAR INSURANCE CLAIM

                                            Our Car Maruti Baleno 2006 model met with an accident where the car was completely damaged. The driver was also critical and had to be operated 3 times. The car was insured with IDV of 385k. The Surveyor agreed to TOTAL Loss however in his report states the insurers liability of 200K where as repair estimate is of 609K. The insurance co says it will give a cash loss of 160K + salvaged car or NettoSalvage which also means the same. Their arguement...

                                            I have my theft claim case of my Byke pending with IFFCO TOKIO General Insurance Co.
                                            My concerns are:

                                            1) For the settlement of the case they have asked me to transfer the RC of the Motorbyke in favour of the above said company.My concern over here is that if i get the RC transffered in the name of the company than what is the surity that i will get my claim once the vehicle is on their(COMPANY"s) name.

                                            2) Is it my responsibility to get the RC transffered on the Company's name ,isn't the No Objection certificate and (FORM 29-30) from my end would serve the purpose and the company should itself get the RC transffered on it's name.

                                            Kindly enlighten by providing adequate information.
                                            Will be highly obliged.
