Dear Sir,

since 5 years, i was renewing the policy with the amount of premium between 12000 to 13000 but recently the premium asked was Rs. 27000, which is almost double the earlier premium.

please find my policy No.H0060882

kindly help me out in this case.

Updated by nareshkamble82 Today i had received the call from Rahul srivastav (delhi), mobile no. [protected] he was asking for my bank detail to refund the amount and had shared a link, he had informed that he was calling from consumer complaint department and was very rude over phone and was not given me employee id and designation when i asked him.
kindly let me know is it a genuine call from consumer complaint department
