Iffco Tokio Motor Insurance — Not getting claim against my car damage from last six months.

My Name is Ajay Kumar. My car insurance no. is 95343621. My Car got damaged with an accident and it felt into total loss. My claim was registered on 01.10.2016 and till today (more than six month) I have not received my claim. I called to customer care no. also many times, they firstly told me that wait for at least 15 days. After 15 days again I called them they gave me claim dept. no. ([protected]-05). I called on these no. so many time, so many days but no one has picked my call. Then again I called in customer care then they said that your file has been processed to MR. Prakash Gupta. Then from somewhere I took Mr. Prakash Gupta Contact No. Then I called them and they said that it is in process and I will get claim with in 7days. I still not got my claim for next 10 days. Then I again called to Mr. Prakash but he was not picking my call. Then I called to customer care again and told them about all the story. They said that we will provide you a call back within 2 day from claim team. Then I again did wait for next 2 days, but not received any call. After two days then I again called to customer care and they said that they are apologies for not getting call. For this they will log a ticket and next call they will provide within 24 hours. I again did wait for next 1 day and same again no one has called me. Then again I called to customer care and again told them about all the story. Then their answer was very surprisingly that now they can’t do anything. They can just provide a call back. I told them that transfer my call to your senior or give me any next level escalation but they refuse to do it.
It’s been more than a six month for my claim registered and till now I even don’t know that how much claim will be transfer to my account.
This is a very critical situation, from last six month I am just calling to your so many agents/employees/surveyor but not getting any response from anybody.
Please help me sought out my issue on priority basis.
