महोदय सविनय निवेदन है कि वाहन स्वामी की कार फोर्ड फिगो UP 44 AQ 2223 में इंजन में खराबी आ गई थी क्योंकि वाहन गारंटी पीरियड में था जिसके वजह से वाहन स्वामी में अपनी कार एमजीएस फोर्ड चिनहट गैरेज में दिया वाहन दिया हुए करीब 2 महीने हो गया लेकिन अभी तक वाहन स्वामी को वाहन वापस मिल नही पाया आए दिन सिर्फ डेट पे डेट दिया जा रहा है कृपया इस का संज्ञान ले सर्विस सेंटर पे बात करने पे पता चला कि कार के पार्ट चेंज करना पड़ेगा लेकिन जब मैं एक शिकायत तीसरी बार करने पे सर्विस सेंटर ने मेरी कार को रिसीव किया तो हमको तो नया इंजन मिलना चाहिए ये फिर जितना भी काम मेरी कार पे हुआ है या होना है उसकी लिखित में जानकारी चाहिए पता चले मेरा इंजन अभी 10000 km चलने के बाद वापस से वही शिकायत हो जाय तब तक तो मेरी कार के इंजन वारंटी भी खतम हो जायेगी फिर हम क्या करेंगे आपसे निवेदन है हमको इंजन वारंटी के तहत नया इंजन प्रदान किया जाय अन्यथा की इस्थीत में हमको कंज्यूमर फारर्म में जाने पे मजबूर न किया जाय क्योंकि वारंटी खरीदते समय हमको यही बोला गया था की इंजन ऑयल वाली प्रोब्लम होने पर आपको नया इंजन प्रदान किया जाएगा

    Faulty Service Leading to Multiple Issues

      Dear Sir,
      My Car having number : WB06K7741 has been taken by the Ford Service Centre (No. 2A, Station Yard, Chetla Rd, near HP Gas Godown, Kala Bagan, Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700027) for checking the Engine Condition as high level of Noise is coming, to check the Break and to check few unwanted noise coming from the back around 9.15am.
      Around 12.45 PM received the call from the Centre and informed that the requested work not possible to complete before Monday and if I want can return back the Car.
      It is very unfortunate. The same happens in the pasts also and hence in last 2 years Car not send to the Service Centre.
      This time receive the call from the Service Centre and upon their request, send the Car and faced the same problem.
      I don't know the Car will be return in which condition,

      Also Quality of the CAR is not up-to the mark. I will not recommended anyone to go for FORD FIGO.

      Please improve the QUALITY OF SERVICE and CUSTOMER Satisfaction.

        Hie i have a ford endeavour 4x4 number is gj02dp0099 this car is in service station from past 20 days with no update on it because of the spare parts not available in the company as it was promised for 10 years to give spares and service in india even after ford leaving india .This is the 3 time i am keeping my car in service for the same problem i am facing again and again due to which i am facing lot of problem i cannot travel anywhere and have to pay emi of the car which is a problem to me because from past 20 days i am unable to use the car cannot go anywhere in festive season lots and lots of problem i am facing as i am not having my car and even after keeping my car they not providing me another service vehicle to drive till my car is not been complete.

          Two days before i have done 70k km service from Kairali Ford, Kannur. After service I have got two new issues. Some sound is coming from the centre console that they have changed gear bush. Another from the steering wheel that when turning right something is contacting each other producing an irritating sound. I have complained this to the manager of Kairali Ford, Kannur, Mr. Prajesh about this and about the water service after the service("the worst water service and periodic service as well"), he said that we can do this only its only a complimentary,

          This is the situation of Ford in Kannur. Really pathetic.
          Please do the needful.

            I had my FordEcosport serviced at the authorized ford service center on 25 of September and month after that we realized that our car was showing a sign of*Change engine oil*continuously and the mileage of the car was also reduced from 27kmpl to 17 kmpl within a month.When this problem persisted for a long time I took my car to the service center to tell them my issue and requested the sales manager and the manager present at the time to look after my issue, instead of looking solution for my problem the manager or sales executive named Mr.Narender Singh was very rude to me he was giving me absurd examples to me and he was leady bothered in listening to mh issue and tried enough to justify his point.Instead of listening to my problem he was more interested in proving his points right and talking to me in a unprofessional manner.My humble request to ford india is to Immediately take action against absurd people working in the sector

              I have given my Ford Fiesta Classic Car Regn.No.TS09EK3844 for Body Shop and Servicing to Hans Ford Porur (Chennai) on 28th Sept., 2023 with Job Card prepared both for Body Shop and Servicing together.

              I was assured that Body Shop work will be over by 3rd Oct., 2023 and for Servicing another 2-3 days. Hence, Car Delivery after Body Shop and Servicing will be done tentatively on 6th Oct., 2023.

              My car had met with an accident and the bumper and bonnet were damaged majorly. The same was repaired at Harpreet Ford, kundali body shop.
              When I received the car, there were internal damage to the car. There were bite marks on the buttons and knobs of the car. There were some internal parts also missing.

              I have tried speaking to the RSA but he is non responsive.

                There is no warning signs of any part failure.

                  Was traveling to goa via sangli where suddenly there was a oil leakage from the vehicle . Got down n saw that the whole oil was on the road so had to toe the vehicle to the nearest car showroom which is kolhapur maharastra . On giving the car for inspection there r saying that the Torque converter and other party have been damaged . On asking the reason for damage they say there is no specify reasons as to why this has happened . And now they have given me a long quote and asking me for confirmation to repair the vehicle . I just don't understand that how can a car like endeavour suddenly have a great box and torque converter problem. I have done all services regularly at an authorised service center . Don't have any accidents or nothing on the vehicle . I need someone to check the specific reason and get the issue solved

                      Hello there,

                      We raised a complaint regarding one of your workshop situated at Sanad Ahmedabad Ford Dealer.

                      We serviced our car a regular 50, 000 km service. After service when we received our car back next day car started getting pop up notification of see manual and yellow light for mechanical issue which was not showing before as well the car started jerking in every gear which is hazardous to drive on road.

                      Later on they took our car back to work shop explaining us its can be a technical issue and they will work it out and deliver us back the car. I have paid ₹4600 on 25th March for servicing and parts change. It was there and misconduct they did something wrong with the car which resulted in this mechanical failure.

                      I don’t understand if there was no issue with air filters why they advised that earlier they blamed customer for not changing air filters for the issue but that was not right because there was not problem with air filters apparently or else the problem would have been resolved.

                      They took our money and are not giving good service and not returning our car back in good condition. As well I have raised complaint and asked for refund for the hassle we have faced due to all this and the service which they advised they have done instead they intentionally invented problem to ask for more money to resolve this new problem.

                      Now my car is with them from last 4 days and they have no trained staff to resolve this problem. I want justification of what’s happening with my car and I want refund and I want my car back in the condition I gave it to them on 25th march without any problem of engine or mechanical or technical issue.

                        I bought a ford eco-sports (ecoboost tend +) petrol car in April 2016 from the Harpreet Ford, Gurugram. In 2019, after running of just 15km, it showed a 'Heat' indication and I immediately stopped the car. Thereafter, it was towed to the FORD Service center (Harpreet ford, Delhi) and they had informed me that there was a problem of in 'Engine-Oil and Coolant mixing'. By that time, my car had run only 20K KMs. The engine was replaced and I had to pay around Rs. 1 lakh for repairing of the car (After the so called discount given by the company).

                        2. Now, again on March 14th, 2023, only after travelling 2KMs in the morning, same problem has come suddenly while I was on vacation with my family in Rajasthan. I again had to tow it to the nearest Ford Service Centre (KS Ford Sikar). After diagnosing, the same issue was informed with an estimation of Rs. 4.75 lakhs. By this time my car has run for only 60K km in total (it has run only 40K KMs after replacement of the engine in 2019).

                        3. The above two incidence shows that it is a case of defective engine/service which caused mine and my family's life in danger as well as it has put the whole family in emotional and financial trauma.

                        4. During the above incidences, the company has extended its support because of the defective car they have sold.

                        5. I have requested to the company to extend their support fully this time because for me as a middle class family man, it is very hard to even pay 50% (i.e. approx 2.50 lakhs, while i have already paid Rs. 1.00 lakhs in 2019 for the similar issue) of the estimate.

                        6. Therefore, I request TO LOOK INTO MATTER and please provide relief.

                          We had sent our Ford Freestyle for a service on 18th March 2023. They were prompt in picking up with car.

                          They returned a dirty car to us saying the test driver brought the car straight home.The gear was tight despite asking them to fix it twice!! On complaining to the supervisor - Rohit about the work not done properly, he kept arguing and harassing me and my father. When I said I will not pay for shoddy work, he snapped at me. Bloody s** of a b*****.

                          The staff had taken our car for his personal drive a night before. There was a menu from a restaurant in Kalkaji.

                          What the hell is this ? The customers are forced to pay the full amount of shoddy work!!! I want my money back and this company closed!!

                            Hi I own Ecosports Titanium + Diseal version 2016.the car was driven around 2 Lakh + KMs till date, with showroom record. I am very disappointed on the advisor part. Not a good sign to the customer like us to come back for the service, and advice. I ll be beging for my car update all the time, to make sure there will no delay with some rezone, or any breakdowns, major loss. In this situation how can I or any other customer belive Autrorized dealers. These dealers in our place to lote money from customer in the end of the day. The worst experience with advisor

                              Dear Sir,
                              I have purchased Ford Eco sport in 2017, now I realised the paint is getting chipped from different locations of roof, so raised a complaint with customer care Ford india the reply was unsatisfactory.
                              They said since the warranty has expired so you have to bear the cost.
                              My concern is do all Ford car roof get rusting, hopefully not then why my car has this special feature of rusting of its own.
                              It looks the dealer or company has given me defective car.
                              Request you to kindly take appropriate action to get it resolved else will go to social media and start posting the roof pictures.

                                I have ford ecospot delivered from kairali ford muvattupuzha 2.9 year with 3 year warranty, now one petrol hose leaking at the running time, i see the issue to Kairali ford muvattupuzha the advsior says that this parts is not warrantred, the advisor behavior is very bad and inproperly.                                   I have a Ford Ecosport Titanium diesel. I gave for servicing 2 months back, ever since I got the vehicle back, I find that when I accelerate, the engine revs up but does not pickup even on first gear. The rpm increases. After sometime it settles.
                                  I was given to understand that Ford engine parts are very reliable. I have done a little less than 60k kms. How can I get it verified ? Your early response will be appreciated.
