Faulty Service Leading to Multiple Issues

Ford Ecosport clutch issues

The car broke down in October 2021 due to clutch failure. The car had driven for 5 years and clocked a total of around 30, 000 KM. Even this was too early compared to other car models which run for a lakh km without any issues with the clutch. Exhaust filter overload issue after every 200 kms of drive

I have bought Ford Ecosport 2021 Titanium Diesel in Febuary 2021. The car is showing exhaust filter overloaded message after every 200 kms of drive. I have taken my car to dealership 4 times and everytime the remove it manually and it comes back after only 4-5 days.

ford ecosport engine oil consumption problem

new endeavor transmission problem

I am complaining about always dealers giving me fake promises.

Rusting of Axle and other parts

Bought a new Ford Figo Diesel on 6/6/11.Took for first service last week and was shocked to see condition o[censored]nderbody.Both Axles,Front Discs,Knuckles and multiple parts are badly RUSTED.Updated dealer and he said FORD is aware of this and term this as NORMAL.Taking the matter to consumer court for full refund of value paid and damages for inconvenience.
