i had submitted my application for mutation in the month of November 2013 . City survey office Nagpur asked me to submit a correction deed as there was some typing mistake in the documents submitted earlier. This correction deed was submitted in the month of Febrauary 2014. I have visited the office not less than 10 times but failed to get the job done. Mr.Patil (head of the office)and Mr.N.N.bhoyar were never available in the office . Even the agent through whom i am getting this job done has surrendered as even he could not get the job done. Please make it possible that our voices reach to the top officials of the office.     Non delivery of important Materials

    We sent a very important Material by speed post
    To
    IFGL BIOCERAMICS LTD,
    3 NH Road
    Kolkata-1 on 25/02/2011 from UDITNAGAR Post office Rourkela. Unfortunately however, the Material has not been delivered till 03.03.2011 (as per the confirmation received from
    the IFGL , Kolkata).. May I request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately?
