Ifix - a bunch of frauds - do not use ifix apple service center in bangalore People do not give any items for services with ifix, they steal your imac's ram and do not even deliver the items which they had stolen back to you and claim you have to pay them again in order to have the stolen item returned. I am planning to file a police complaint on them today in order to recover the stolen goods. Ifix bangalore - a bunch of frauds!!! Do not ever give anything for service Item given for servicing : imac with 16 gb ram, they refused to deliver back the imac eve after we paid them for the service and delivery cost claiming that it far away (Kanakapura road) and they delivery guy was extremely rude. When we went and collected the mac book and check they had stolen 16 gb for ram (8 x 2) without any warning, when we called them about the missing ram they first denied it but i had taken a photograph of the ram before handling it over so they got caught and then started saying that we would need to pay them additional delivery fee and again their delivery guy will not deliver the product but we will need to collect it. This is the worst service i have ever come across and i will be mentioning this incident in all forums and news websites in bangalore. Will ensure people who lack ethics get punished. I think their service is suspect. I gave my iPhone 6S for fixing the battery not getting charged or it suddenly stopped. They said the charging unit behind the charging socket has to be replaced. It was done. But I found after this repair the phone battery was draining quickly. I took it back and now they say I need replace the IC that drives the battery. I think their whole process is opaque and one gets suspicion that they are perhaps fiddling with your device causing more damages. Just to restore the trust, it is best they do the repair in front of you instead of their normal practice of behind the door.

I gave my iPad Mini 2 for repair in December 2016 at the Koramangala branch. They are supposed to call and tell me what the issue is and give me an estimate and get my approval. Instead, they went ahead and carried out the repair. I paid the cost of battery replacement.
The battery replacement has 6 months warranty. Again, within 6 months there were issues. I took it back to the same branch within warranty and asked them to check. I gave the device to them on last Friday 23rd June. Warranty expired on 24th June. Till now I haven't gotten the device back. They keep giving lame excuses. Battery not available. No stock. Stock received but manufacturing defect, etc etc.
The guy at the reception - Naveen - even had the audacity to say if I cannot wait I can go ahead and give the device to some other service center for repair.
Don't give your device to iFix. They are frauds. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent. The first time when they delivered my device, they hadn't even cleaned the screen properly before delivery.
