After the battery of my iphone 6S was dying too fast, decided to approach iFixit for replacement battery. The engineer and team confirmed that original Apple battery was being provided as a replacement. After 3 months itself the battery started dying out too fast and a month back the battery started swelling up spoiling my phone and damaging the touch. When I took the phone to a local mobile repair store they immediately asked me to dispose it off and said I was lucky it did not burst. This is unfortunate and highly unexpected and even after reaching the iFixit team noone bothered to attend to my complaint. Attached all necessary evidences.

Ifix is dependable in getting the issues fixed! Unlike other service centers that can only fix screen and battery issues, ifix can also work on the pcb/motherboard and i would say all components. They are really good at fixing it. However, the service is terrible!!! The person i dealt with biju was extremely courteous and friendly and did all he could and even more to help me. But, there was lack of coordination, less transparency, no intimation...

People do not give any items for services with ifix, they steal your imac's ram and do not even deliver the items which they had stolen back to you and claim you have to pay them again in order to have the stolen item returned.

I am planning to file a police complaint on them today in order to recover the stolen goods.br...
