Hi my name is mohamed sajas p s.
Last month i recieved a random whatsapp message offering a captcha typing job. That i have to type 10000 captchas in 10 days for the salary of 30000. And if i fail to do that i will have to pay a penalty of 6900 rs.
They requested me for a id proof of my license. Where i accepted the job and after a few minutes i recieved a email where they made an agreement without my knowing. And i was trapped in it.
When i googled the app name that i saw in the demo 'mac2cap' i came to know that this is a fraud company who are trying to capture money from common people.
When i checked on consumer complaints i also came to know that they are approaching different people with different company names and different mobile numbers. I have given the number they used to approach me.
And now after 15 day they called me and is trying to blackmail me to send the money or they will approach a court complaint. And i will have to about one and a half lakh as penalty.
Also they keep on calling me and sending me sms on filing the court case which i have given below. Where i so scared and a friend helped me keep calm
Please don't fall into this trap like we did. And if there is any way to solve this please help me out
