Ignou — Admission fee refund

I am Keerthana L. I applied for the PGDAST programme in IGNOU. My enrollment number is [protected]. Later I had to cancel my admission and got cancelled on 25 October 2022. As said, I returned the study materials IN IGNOU regional centre Trivandrum. As far as now there is no update regarding refund status of admission fee amounting to 7600 Rs.. Please kindly go through this issue and do the needful as soon as possible. I am attaching the receipt from regional centre regarding admission being cancelled and books being returned.
