would like to address a problem I encountered while attempting to pay my fees. On June 14, at 6:43 PM, I made the first transaction of ₹10, 795 through UPI. However, despite the successful deduction of funds from my account, the payment was not updated on the university's website, and it continued to show "Fee not paid." The UPI Transaction ID for this failed transaction is[protected].
In response to the failed transaction, I made a second payment on June 15, which was processed successfully, and the fee payment was duly reflected on the website. I utilized a debit card for this transaction.
I hereby request an immediate refund of the amount of ₹10, 795, which was deducted during the first failed transaction. It has now been over a month since the incident, and I have yet to receive the refund. This delay is causing me significant inconvenience, and I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter.
