Requesting your immediate attention regarding the non dispatch of the study materials of 2024 january MSCFSQM Batch. payments are already made and exams are starting from next month December 2024. As we are middle aged with opthalmologic issues it is really difficult to go through online materials.
PLEASE HELP US AS NOBODY IS TAKING RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE DELAY.

    Respected Sir/Mam
    I had applied in Ignou's master in jyotish course but due to some reason I want to cancel my admission. I wrote multiple times to them but they are neither responding nor canceling my admission in that course. I had mailed to [protected]@ignou.ac.in, registrar of ignou and even RC karnal, no one is responding and I am unemployed person and for me 5685 is not a small amount.
    Kindly help me in this case to get my refund and next thing I had also filed my grievance in ugc regarding this but they are not even responding. I am bit surprised, no one is helping a person who wants her admission to be cancelled and refund of the amount. I had also earlier posted the complaint on this site but you are not even responding to that as well. I have faith on this website, as my all the cases which were put on this website were sorted out on time.
    Kindly help me for this case.

          I gave exam of meg 2nd year in June ..they failed me In meg 08 and gave 30 marks . .I filled application for copy of answesheet and also revaluation ..I was astonished..answe sheet was not even checked and every answer was awarded with 6 marks ...I send the answer sheet to engl7sh professors and all of them were of view that my answers were upto mark and deserved 70 to 80 percent marks..I was hopeful in revalaution ..they usually declare result in 45 days maximum but in my case i have to mail them again and again and then they gave increase of 12 marks ...my grade card has spoiled...I hv worked very hard with a 3 year old child and this university has hired uneducated teachers who are jus collecting money by checking papers..and doesn't care about hard work put by students ..plz do justice with me ..I am already fighting against time to learn and complete my education ..I will be forever in debt ..my name is Pooja Rampal..my enrollment number is[protected]...My course was Meg ..

            I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the refund of my admission fee for the Master of Economics (MEC) program.

            Initially, I enrolled in the Master of Economics course at IGNOU. However, a few days later, I made the decision to switch to the Master in Corporate Social Responsibility (MACSR) program, which I have successfully completed the admission process for. Consequently, I would like to cancel my admission to the Master of Economics due to this change.

            Despite multiple attempts to contact through email, I have faced delays and have not received a response regarding the cancellation of my MEC admission. Moreover, there was a discrepancy in the documents submitted for the MEC program, resulting in the cancellation of that admission, which doesn't concern me as my admission to MACSR has been approved.

            I have been patiently awaiting the refund process for my MEC admission but haven't seen any progress. This situation has become quite time-consuming and frustrating. I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and expedite the refund process.

              Assignment Marks Not Updated- 196120830

              I had submitted my assignment in 2022 December but my marks were not updated till now. It's been 1 year now. I took the exam and marks of the exam was uploaded in the grade card.               I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great urgency and concern regarding the refund of my admission fees. I have been a student at IGNOU, and I recently initiated the process of cancelling my admission, which was done before the fess has been accepted. The Control Number for the admission in question is [protected]S, and the total amount of fees paid was 4700 Rupees. I have already submitted all the necessary documents on 15.08.2023 for the cancellation of my admission, as it was said on 16.08.2023 that my cancellation of admission has been accepted and they started the process of initiating refund but it has been almost two months since I initiated the process. I have made several attempts to contact the university via email regarding the status of my refund, but unfortunately, I have received no response whatsoever.

              As a student, I hold IGNOU in high regard, and I have always been appreciative of the university's commitment to excellence in education. However, the lack of communication and the delay in processing my refund have caused me great financial distress. I am currently facing a situation o[censored]rgent financial requirement, and the refund of my admission fees is crucial in helping me address this issue.

              I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. It is my understanding that IGNOU has a well-established and efficient system for processing refunds, and I believe this situation is an exception rather than the rule. I would appreciate it if you could expedite the process and ensure the prompt refund of 4700 Rupees to the account from which the payment was originally made.

              I have attached copies of all the documents related to my admission and cancellation for your reference, and I am more than willing to provide any additional information or documentation that may be required to resolve this matter quickly. I sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and that I can receive my refund at the earliest.

                        Hi Team, the university has not refunded my fees or even provided an update on whether the fee refund has been processed. It has been over 28 days, since the admission was cancelled. Could you please support on this issue as a matter o[censored]rgency?

                            Dear Sir,
                            I completed my bachelor's degree from ignou university on December 2021.
                            i applied for original certificate on 04 June 2023, along with DD at Vadakara Regional Center. Till Date (90 days is over) they did not sent my certificate.
                            I'm currently working in kuwait, so i sent my family member there to collect my certificate. they did not hand over my certificate.
                            when i contact vatakara regional center through telephone (phone no:[protected], they are behaving rudely. they did not give me proper replay.
                            i filed compliant in ignou grievance control room on 30th July, 2023. i did not get proper replay(compliant copy attached)
                            in kuwait, in order to register employment, degree certificate is mandatory.
                            my employer is warning me to get certificate as early as possible, ifotherwise i will loose my job. i hope you understand my situation, kindly request you take neccessary actions.

                              This is Aliza Fatima, IGNOU enrollment no. [protected]. When i was re registering myself for 2nd year of my MPS course, i paid twice due to network issue and payment of Rs 7000 was deducted twice that is Rs 14000 from my account was deducted. After visiting office one of my payment was confirmed but another one is not refunded. I even filled grievances on Ignou website for refund and went to offices twice they said it will be refund in 10 to 15 days but not its 2 complete months, no refund yet. No one from office is responding on my emails and calls and when I visit office they say we will mail you for refund but did not happened.
